So let's start the story!

Our tour operator is Coral Travel, there was not much choice, because we live in Irkutsk!

Flight.

Departed in the direction of Irkutsk-Antalya at 05.40, flew by Pegas Fly - horror!!! My height is 1.82 - my knees, even with the chair fully raised in front, rested. Is the Pegasus company really ready to mock its customers in pursuit of profit?! And after all flight as much as 8 hours!!! It's not for you to fly from Moscow in 2-3 hours! In general, Pegasus count three times!!!
Upon arrival at the Antalya airport, we went through customs for about an hour, there were just a lot of people! As the guides said, about 30 planes arrive daily from Moscow alone!

Now I will write about the way to the hotel! Someone writes about 2.5-3 hours! This is not true! We got there and back by bus around 1-30, 1-40. In general, I would not say that it is tiring! Although the guide from Coral Travel, to be honest, got like a parrot repeating every 5 minutes how important it is to come to a meeting with the guide tomorrow, even someone in the back row could not restrain himself and shouted - how tired you are already, we all already understood how important it is!

Settlement.

We arrived at the hotel around 12-00, where a young girl met us at the reception, who immediately put bracelets on our hands and sent us to lunch. After dinner, we were settled in literally 20 minutes, that is, somewhere at 12-40 we were already in our room. Everything is great here, well done!

After reading reviews about the rooms, I chose the deluxe room. Our room was in building "C" on the 3rd floor, the windows overlooked the neighboring hotel. The room had 1 double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe, safe, TV, kettle, hair dryer, etc. In general, it is quite good, everything is quite new, although shampoo and shower gel are poured into wall-mounted dispensers that do not work, you had to open the lid from the top. I also had to throw a towel on the floor in the bathroom, because in the shower there is a gap between the glass door and the floor, so the water spilled over the floor!
The air conditioner in the room is quite quiet and powerful, but at the same time it blows directly on one of the people sleeping on the bed, or two at once, given that 3 people live in the room. It is difficult to achieve a comfortable temperature, at night I set 28 degrees, in the daytime 24! Interestingly, at 27 degrees it blows cold, at 28 it already becomes stuffy! In general, there are some problems in thermoregulation ... The safe is paid - $ 2 per day.

Room cleaning.

Cleaning is just disgusting! There's not even much to say here. Towels are not changed, floors generally feel like they are not being washed. For 13 days of rest, only the sheets on the bed were changed, and even then only after our request, and one should have seen the grimace of the cleaner when she was told about it. Once, she didn’t even pour shampoo and gel for us, we had to run around the floor looking for her! Tea bags and coffee were not replenished at all in our room. Interestingly, even when they left a tip, the quality of cleaning did not improve! The most you can expect for a tip is a pair of blanket swans!

The territory of the hotel.

The hotel area is large enough for Turkish hotels, there are three swimming pools, one of which is for children. Pool Bar, Benjamin Bar, Beach Bar. Very beautiful avenue of palm trees. Several shops at the hotel, where there is everything you need.
My wife and I always liked to sit on the street under the crowns of trees near the Benjamin bar - there the sun does not bake during the day, and the attendants are nicer, and wi-fi catches a little better.
The hotel also has a mini zoo, tennis tables, an amphitheater, where animation took place in the evenings. In general, the territory is offset, although from the road the hotel looks so inconspicuous and small!

The road to the beach passes through a tunnel, which is coolly illuminated at night, the walls of the tunnel are beautifully painted on a marine theme. The beach is sand and pebble. There are a lot of sunbeds, but from the early morning especially smart citizens take 80-90% of the sunbeds under the awnings with towels! The picture, of course, is super - no one in the sea, no one on the beach, but the sunbeds are already occupied! In general, we didn’t sit under awnings at all and mostly sunbathed in the sun!
Now let's talk about the most unpleasant thing - it's entering the sea! He's really terrible! It is necessary to go in very carefully, because when you are excited, you can easily twist or injure your leg! By the way, I cut my leg twice and you won’t believe it, but once on an iron pipe that goes right along the bottom !!! The water is also more or less transparent only when the sea is completely calm, otherwise it is mostly unclear! There is no point in diving and studying the underwater world, since the bottom is absolutely "dead"!

Infrastructure.

This paragraph was specially brought to a separate one, because few people write about it! So, dear friends! If you want to walk around the markets in the evening, visit hookahs, etc., then this hotel is not for you!!! Just imagine, you have to stomp 25-30 minutes to the Migros store in one direction only!!! It takes even longer to get to the nearest market (including the Megamall shopping center), it’s easier to immediately take bus number 50 and go 3 stops! In short, the hotel is essentially located in the wilds!!! If next time I go to Turkey, then most likely in Side or Kemer!

Nutrition.

Almost everyone writes about food that it is very good and give high marks on this item! I don't quite agree with this. It is varied, but not all delicious! For me, the Turks know how to cook well only 3 things: cereals, meat and sweets !!! Salads are terrible, it is not clear what they fill them with, but I could not eat them at all. Seafood essentially ends with bony fried fish of unknown origin. Very few fruits! And this is in high season! Basically, we were constantly given only watermelons and apples. Twice they gave melon and maybe 3-4 times grapes!!! I have no questions about sweets, just a lot and delicious! The meat was cooked well, sometimes they gave lamb, sometimes they fried chicken wings on the grill, they cooked very tasty cutlets!
Few people write about drinking in bars, maybe they are shy!) My verdict is this - you can only drink beer! Everything else is just disgusting quality, especially the wine!!! Although it doesn’t make much sense to buy it in stores, because for the money that it is offered (for example, pomegranate wine costs from 32 to 50 lira, which is approximately 550-1000 rubles), in Russia you can buy Georgian wine of the Kindzmaraulli type, which quality well, just space compared to Turkish!
You probably now say that I'm just spoiled! And I'll tell you that this is my first trip to Turkey and the second abroad (before that was Thailand) and I have never been picky about food!!!

Animation.

To be honest, animation was a little indifferent to me, since my child is still quite small and stayed with grandparents in Irkutsk. Well, as for me, it seems like the kids were all very happy, they are well carried away by various contests, dances, watching cartoons, etc. Adult animation seems to be okay too, there were fire shows, and Turkish night, and the election of Mrs. and Mr. Sun Haven, but I'm more of a fan of field trips than parties at the hotel! In general, I can not say anything bad about the animation.

SPA-center.

Very often in the reviews people mention the SPA center at the hotel with kind words. I will share my sad experience. My wife and I took 3 massages each + hammam. Before the massage, they offered to take a 15-minute test. The masseur really did a good massage on it! That's where all the good stuff ended! The first massage did not take us 60 minutes, but only 50!!! After that, on the second day, we reported this to the main woman "in white") At this massage, already average in quality, the massage turned into a terrible one, first of all, the masseurs poked us in the face with a table clock, they say, look and count! The massage itself turned into some kind of real mockery with pressure on all pain points. My masseur's name was Bucky, I don't remember what my wife's name was! In general, I am extremely dissatisfied with the SPA center !!! In the same Tae they do a much better massage and in time no one will ever pump you up like that !!!

Excursions.

Excursions were taken from a local Turk Jamal through a group in VK, prices are 2 times lower than those of hotel guides, but in fact all people are taken by the same cars!) Were on a sightseeing tour of Alanya - interesting. We were on a jeep safari, it’s cool, but it’s better not to take children, it’s a bit scary on the mountain cliffs, well, constant dousing with water starts to tire after a while !!! My wife flew paragliding over Alanya, she said she liked it very much. We also went rafting - so-so fun, considering that all the time you are in icy water (8-10 degrees) and you are constantly flavored with water by passing boats, or even the instructor himself, who apparently has already froze everything, including his brains !)))
Going to historical places from Alanya is a pain, because it is very far away, at least 5 hours by bus one way!!!

Membership in the Sun Heaven Club.

I would like to highlight this point separately. Before the flight, he registered as a member of the hotel club in order to receive some "privileges". I gave the voucher immediately upon check-in. As a result, I received a fruit plate and a beach bag only after 2 calls to the reception after 3 days from the start of the holiday! I wanted to specially take a picture of how this bag was brought to my room - apparently they threw it with all their might, because it was lying on the floor almost under the bed. The fruit plate seems to be normal, there were even two bananas and a peach!)
An interesting incident happened to us when my wife and I entered the elevator in the evening, and there were guys who were carrying bags and plates of fruit. So, these guys, while carrying plates of fruit, pulled peaches out of there and chewed them maliciously!)))
Dinner at the restaurant was changed to a simple table decoration with some kind of nettle petals and some flowers!)))
In general, being a member of the Sun Heaven club is not so great!)))

Well, that's my entire review. The verdict is this - the hotel is not bad and is more suitable for families with small children. I will no longer go to this hotel even with a child because of the terrible entry into the sea and poorly developed infrastructure outside the hotel! Thanks to everyone who read to the end!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the sea is nearby, the deluxe building is located near the pool with a slide, there is no loud and intrusive music, it's calm. Delicious ice cream on the beach. Delicious cakes and ayran are baked on site. We checked into the hotel at 2 am and left at 22.30, the days were paid, there were no lunch boxes (although the reception said that the restaurant was open all night and the guide also confirmed this). Fruits included tangerines, grapes, watermelon and plums. Meals: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, but all the food is mediocrely cooked. For example: soups from six days of rest were oversalted for three days so that it was not possible to eat. Some kind of incomprehensible "Russian soup" of chicken, peas, corn and something else floats, it doesn't look appetizing, I don't even want to try it. Rice is cooked with vermicelli. Pastries: croissants and rolls frozen and not the first freshness. Pancakes are not tasty, even jam did not help. They don't know how to cook in the hotel, or the food is of that quality.

The hotel itself (buildings) is so-so. To the sea to go through the tunnel does not bother. The beach is normal, the input is small. In general, I liked the hotel, I’ll start from the very beginning, we arrived at about twelve o’clock at night, we were settled quickly, at first we bought economy, but they said that the economy was all busy and settled in a deluxe for one night, by the way, we lived in deluxe until the end of the vacation, we paid extra for it’s only 10 US dollars. The room was very good in building A on the 2nd floor 4202, the only thing was that the cleaners weren’t cleaned well and for 5 days they never changed the bed and towels, well, maybe the towels had to be thrown on the floor to change them, we have them there were heated towel rails, they fed well, every day, something new, from fruits, grapes, apples, watermelon, once there was a melon. Meat every day for lunch and dinner, the fish was the same, There were a lot of delicious desserts. There is also animation, funny guys. The hotel staff all day, like bees. The hotel area is not very big, but beautiful, 4 swimming pools, 2 adults and 2 children, one slide. 11 late breakfast, from 12:30-14:00 lunch, nearby there is a cafe benjamin from 16:00-17:00 tea drinking, dinner from 19:00-21:00, fast food on the beach from 11:30-16:00 , on the territory from 11:00-16:00 a granny sits and prepares Turkish cakes GOZLEME, from 16:00 they distribute ice cream, everything is free. The alcohol in the hotel is bad, they tried the wine is disgusting, the beer is the same. and the beach is clean, the sunset is good, the sea is warm. I can recommend, I would come again.

Animators work in the hotel, shows for adults are organized in the evenings both by the animators and by attracting artists (dances, acrobatic stunts, live music).

We rested at the end of July. We settled in a deluxe room, so that later we could move to the old building, paid a little extra and stayed in a deluxe room. The room is awesome on the 6th floor, sea view on one side, on the other side of the pool. Thanks to the administrator Turgut, they quickly settled in, made a present for a young man on the other. The food is very varied, you can eat in the main restaurant and street food on the beach (burgers, fries, salads), every day there were fruits (watermelons, levni, cherries, apples ), gave once crayfish, mussels. From drinks they drank soda, coffee from the machine is not bad, gin tonic, wine, beer is so-so. We went to a la carte with a sea view, everything was super. Sunset in the sea, yes, problematic, the beach is sand, at the entrance to the sea there are large pebbles and slabs. To the sea 3 minutes. Sun loungers on the sea always found free, although they went by 10 o'clock. Everyone by the pool is occupied in the morning. Animation was darts, water polo, water aerobics, foam party, in the evening they gathered in the amphitheater, then a disco, on Sundays a class group performance. Dimkoteka passed near the beach, so there was no noise in the noses, no one bothered to sleep. We also went from the hotel to the coub illusion for $ 10, I advise you, very cool. On site you can smoke a hookah for $10. Lots of kids in the hotel. We went shopping to the neighboring village of Konakli for 2.5 lira (now the fare seems to have risen in price), but it is more profitable to take the fare for lira, not dollars. There are two shopping centers in Konakli, in one of them there is a supermarket with souvenirs, the prices are broken, it is better to buy everything in the market, it is across the street from the shopping center. You can also drive yourself to Alanya to the Cleopatra beach and ride the funiculars, the view is amazing 28 lire round trip per person. We went to a local restik, large portions, everything is very tasty, we took a non-alcoholic cocktail for 150 rubles for ours and pasta for 250 rubles. I really liked the hotel itself, for a 4 * it's just great! The main thing is to go with a good attitude))

There is no pantone, nor any equipped descent into the sea. entry into the sea consists of pebbles (take coral slippers with you) and then at the bottom there are huge boulders, which from time to time have acquired different depressions and if your foot gets there, it’s very easy to break it. to another hotel, often the attendant sits there and does not let them in from other hotels, even with children, because. entry into the sea from our hotel is terrible for children and especially for people who cannot swim but want to take a dip, for them entry into the sea turns into an obstacle course. I like everything very much: 1. accommodation - initially we got into the old building (terrible), for a small surcharge they moved to a new room, which in a completely new building is perfect! 2. Nutrition 100500 points, as everything is very tasty, varied. 3. The beach is sandy and stone, the entry is not convenient, but it does not bother us at all. 4. The only thing that madly did not like was smoking foreigners in a catering restaurant, the only privileged table smoking on the surrounding children with the approval (for a tip) of a senior guard.
