The reception staff is incompetent; upon check-in, they couldn’t find my payment for a very long time (although I booked the hotel a month in advance with a non-refundable payment immediately for the entire period of stay through Booking!) and demanded that I pay again, citing the fact that I had only paid for one day and without breakfast, after an hour of torment they still sorted everything out and settled in. For a week's stay they asked for a deposit of $500, but then they agreed on $200, which was returned a month after departure. The hotel is located on an island, there is nothing in the area except a deserted embankment with rental cars for children, the nearest mall is 15 minutes by taxi, a minimarket with prices 2-3 times higher than in Moscow is a 10-minute walk away.

Breakfast and dinner were great, everything was great, room, pool, beach, super! Dinner can be purchased for $40 per person, but it's worth it.

Dirty! No one has ever washed the balconies, there is also many years of dust behind the bed, a shame for Hilton! Near the room, during the high season, they began to repair the pool, jackhammers all day long, horror!!! We had a room overlooking the pool, no apologies or compensation! All-inclusive restaurant-canteen, every time you came out of it the clothes smelled like food for half a day! The food, although fresh, does not resemble a restaurant, there was never seafood during the 5 days of our stay, the wine is poured from paper containers - the first time I have seen this in a five-star hotel, the alcoholic cocktails are simply terrible and a shame. Overall a disappointment. The staff, especially at the reception, are not friendly, the waiters too, it feels like they are very tired or are serving duty, no smile or cheerfulness on their faces, any request was met with a sigh and pursed lips! There is no animation at all, neither for adults nor for children, the animators walk around like sleepy flies, and in the children's club they are also irritated!!! Attention: do not believe when the clinic tells you that it takes a very long time to coordinate the medicine with the insurance company and offers to buy it for cash! Do not believe when the pharmacist says that “this” medicine is not covered by your insurance (without even looking at it), do not believe at the reception that there is no shuttle bus to the airport, and they apparently offer you their own taxi! Shuttle bus is available at rakshuttle.com the day before departure, buy tickets there to Dubai Airport 80AED for a family of 4! It takes about 60 minutes. And lastly, they forgot the phone there, so the manager sent it to Dubai transport without specifying practically any data (although we provided everything) as a result we got new problems (((

We had an all Inc package, which included snacks from 13 to 16, in fact they asked us for money for them (75 dirhams per set). Which is strange. I have attached a photo of the reminder for guests.

The fastest Check-in) Wonderful cookies upon arrival. Nice and clean room (we had the furthest building from the main building 4.5.1 - very quiet and a wonderful view of the sea). There is a lot of entertainment for children: in the children's water park the water is heated (!), even in Atlantis there is no such thing in the children's area, a warm children's pool, a good playroom. The food is delicious, various cheeses, delicious salads (Greek, Caesar, vegetable - there was none with mayonnaise), always meat and fish. Delicious desserts. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with everything. Special thanks to the chef - I saw that my child could not decide on food for dinner, he came up and asked what she wanted - after 5 minutes we had a dish for her))) This attitude towards the guests amazed me. The child was full, the parents were happy. Thank you. By the way, it is important - there is a medical center on the hotel premises, medical policies are accredited, you can get help, if necessary, without leaving the hotel. This is very important for holidays with children.

The hotel is trying to be like All inclusive in Turkey, but cannot cope with such a large influx of people. Cleaning often came after lunch, when the child needed to sleep. True, we agreed with the reception and began to clean up before lunch))) the restaurant is full of shouting and bustle, everyone is running around with plates in two long halls. The waiters simply don’t have time to serve and often forget about orders. Among the dishes: there is little meat, it is not prepared as usual for a European, the appearance of grilled turkey and beef is pleasing. In general, if you have children, it’s ok, but not great. If there are two people, choose a quieter hotel.

If you are traveling with small children, this hotel is suitable for you. The territory is quite large, there is a water park, a children's playroom, and two playgrounds. The sea is absolutely calm, warm, gentle entrance. Two outdoor heated children's pools and one indoor. The food is quite suitable for baby food; pasta, rice, potatoes, stew or nuggets are always available. The rooms are comfortable, large comfortable beds. I highly recommend the rooms at Bay Club, direct access to the sea and pool, verandas with sofas.
