The only thing that slightly darkened our stay was that upon check-in we were given a room in a separate, strange building, the windows of which overlooked the roadway and the dog that lived right under the window barked terribly. After 2 days we were moved to a room in the main hotel building and we forgot about those unpleasant experiences. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are very friendly. When we checked into the room, the woman who cleans the rooms gave us a flower, hugged us and said something in Turkish, probably something good, and smiled. I really liked the guys from the animation, they entertained the people, invited them to aerobics, gymnastics, or other activities, verygreat, every day there is something new, the program is interesting and entertaining. I can’t help but say something pleasant about the hotel territory; in no place where we passed or stopped, I have not seen so much greenery on the territory!!! It's very beautiful and cool. The advantage of the Turtash hotel is that the beach is right there, you don’t need to go through underground passages or overpasses, it’s especially good for children who wanted to go to the pool, go to the slides, or come to the beach to see their parents... The hotel is definitely not 4 stars. At the reception, the only person who was friendly was the guy who carried the suitcases, always smiling; the woman Inga was clearly not happy with the vacationers, with a favor and did not answer questions friendly (I can understand her, some people behaved arrogantly). There is very little space in the lobby, there are always a lot of people, you don’t have to try to access the Internet (I think there are always a lot of tourists in this hotel, so something could be done with the Internet), the bar is self-service, there are 2 elevators and they are always busy. The rooms are very small, the “large” bed is less than 1.80 (my husband’s legs were hanging off), the bedding is already worn out and in some places singed, the blankets - well, I don’t know how many decades they are and are uncleaned. And more artificial flowers!!! I've never seen anything like this before. Samples include 3 ear sticks, 3 cotton pads and 2 hatsfor the shower (for 7 days), there is liquid soap at the sink, but not in the shower (just an empty container hanging), the brush is terrible, the smell is the same!!! The rooms were cleaned not bad. Beach towels 7 euros (deposit), with a very unfriendly employee. The food is delicious and thanks to the waiters and cooks!)) Cool slides! Opposite the Excursions hotel - cheaper than at the hotel (for example, 65 euros - Pamukkale from a tour operator, on excursions - $40), we went to Pamukkale - it’s worth it, but if they offer to stop at the “red waters” on the way, don’t agree, they exist, but they took us to some private courtyard with 3 swimming pools (after the trip I looked on Google, these waters with swimming pools are located in the park), they also bought a “spa” in Excursions - they said for 2 hours (it was like that - 10 minutes. bath, 5 min. hammam type, 5 min. foam massage, 10 min. massage and 5 min. mask... that’s all) A little further from the Excursions there is a store with leather items and fur coats, and behind it a store with textiles (I’ll leave a photo below) and things, there is a seller there, I don’t remember, Kamil, something like this, in general, he will tell you everything and advise, we bought bed linen there, he told us how to get to Alanya, where it’s better to go there and what to see, such local Google for yourself 🙂 Market in the center of Konakli - some sellers are friendly, treat you to tea and sweets, but most are very, very unhappy that they crucified themselves in front of you (even if you don’t ask them anything), and you didn’t buy anything. We vacationed in Turtas in August 2019. We have visited this hotel for the 3rd time and each time we are absolutely satisfied with our stay! 15 days simply flew by for us. Very good hotel, cozy rooms, friendly staff. Beautiful well-groomed green area of the hotel. The food is very good, lunches and dinners are varied. There are always constant snacks throughout the day, so you won’t go hungry. There was a lot of fruit, I especially liked the watermelons and cherries. The bar and restaurant have friendly waiters who do everything with passion. The sea is super! Calm, there were small waves only once in 15 days. Entry into the sea is not entirely convenient, but this did not bother us. There is a pier. There are always free sunbeds. I would like to thank the Animation team. You won't get bored with them! GuysThey try very hard, the whole day is active. Lots of sports training per day, which is great for outdoor enthusiasts. Show program in the evenings. We especially like shows where the animators themselves participate. You'll laugh heartily 😂. I would also like to thank the manager Elena. There were some questions before arriving at the hotel. Since we returned to this hotel, it is reasonable to believe that we liked everything the first time. Then we lived in building B overlooking the main pool. Since there is not animation there all the time, there were no problems with noise. The child slept peacefully during a quiet hour. The cleaning was excellent. In '17 we were from 12.08 to 22.08. This time from 24.08. I read the reviews before the trip and was a little surprised to read the negative reviews. Well, since I was in Turtash, and I saw with my own eyes what was what, I closed my eyes. This time, I rested in a completely “different” Turtash. Let's start with check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 8.00. A lot has been written about Inga here and it is completely unclear why the hotel management still does not react to her behavior. I’m silent about her hospitality, maybe a person really can’t smile. She offered us to check in for $45 with a view of the sea or for free with a view of the road. Of course, she saw the information that we were there for the second time. She suggested we go look at the numbers. A room with a view of the road, or rather with noise, is simply a disaster (as the Turtash animators say). Despite the fact that the balcony is closed, the noise is such that you are not overlooking the road, but sleeping on the road. I can’t imagine how anyone can sleep there; the traffic there is very intense. Probably only if you are a Cancer lover. It was what they called the distant 5th Corps. A room with a view of the relaxation area and the sea, for $45, of course, immediately catches your eye. When Inge said that it’s not critical to check in right now, but you can wait until 14, she received the answer - “I’ll still check you in at 14 on the road,” and you won’t be able to change your room with us. Our vacation is 10 days. We stayed in Turtash for 4 days and still didn’t see any cleaning. I was shocked. We left the sea at 13, about 13-30, at 14 the child went to bed for a quiet hour and until 15-30-16. At this time, naturally, they hung up a “do not disturb” sign. In the morning they hung up a sign asking them to clean the room, but in vain As I wrote above, when I came to the room from the sea on the 4th day and didn’t see the cleaning, I was naturally surprised and decided to check with the reception why this was happening. “Very friendly” Inga answered me that in this building there is cleaning from 14 to 17. , literally - they can’t clean your place if there’s a “do not disturb” sign hanging up. They won’t clean your place in the morning. That is, either cleaning or the child’s sleep is great! here Inga told a new version, that if all the rooms are cleaned, then the cleaning lady will not come to clean because of me alone, she already has a lot to do. But they were lucky with the cleaning; they cleaned it in the morning and the children slept peacefully. The guide also noted that several families have recently noted that the hotel has not changed for the better. She also said that we were very lucky that we were given the opportunity to choose a room, and not just placed on the road. 30-50 people arrive a day, during this period of time everything is put on stream. In 10 years of visiting Turkey, I have never seen anything like this. Further. Waiters. I also read that if you speak Russian, you will sit with a mountain of plates and no one will pay attention to you. Reading this, I was also surprised, because in 17 I didn’t notice anything like this. But this time the staff showed us this too. For 3 days we sat in approximately the same place and the waiter walked by. Nothing was cleaned up. This time there were a huge number of vacationers from Poland in the hotel, so there was increased attention. For those sitting nearby, everything was cleaned, wine and beer were brought, and everything like that. We decided to conduct an experiment, transfer to another “wing”. There was an excellent waiter there, if I spell his name correctly, it was Muslim Kaya. He cleaned everything perfectly, was on time everywhere, both. Offered wine and drinks. These are the ones who need to be encouraged! Please pay attention to the hotel management! The food is okay. The children are happy. As they wrote earlier, in the bar, if you speak Russian, then they pour drinks into a small glass for you, Fanta-Cola for Russian children into a disposable one. It's different with someone who speaks other languages. Russians are not at a loss and come several times for alcohol. Although this is also not critical, it is somehow strange. I don’t really need a bar, but I also noticed this and “ours” loudly discuss it with the bartenders. In a nutshell, I visited 2 different Turtashi. The impression was not very good. Now I won’t recommend it to my friends, I won’t go again.
Now about the positives. The animation is simply amazing. The guys are so great! This is all right in Turtash. For both children and adults, the animation is excellent. The shows are just great!
The sea is very warm, but not always clean; you can see “bullheads” lying around on the beach. This is of course a minus for vacationers, they create this themselves, but apparently the beaches are not very clean either.
About the photo. If you speak Polish, then you will be offered a photo for $3 from 10-15 pieces per electronic medium, if you speak Russian, then $5 per photo on the medium and printed, and it’s not interesting that printing is not needed. This is true, for your information.

As for the location of the hotel complex, tourists were also quite satisfied with it. According to them, next to the hotel there are a lot of entertainment venues, as well as shops, souvenir shops and restaurants. Food and drink

Most travelers from Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union were satisfied with the work of the restaurant at the Club Turtas Beach Hotel 4*. According to our compatriots, the choice of dishes here, of course, is not as luxurious as in five-star hotels, but no one will go hungry. Thus, tourists note that the menu always includes poultry, meat and fish dishes, a lot of appetizers, salads, soups, sweets, and fresh fruits. During breakfast, the cooks prepare scrambled eggs, omelettes, and bake pancakes. In the evening, the restaurant offers grilled dishes. In the bar on the beach, every day, except Sunday, delicious, according to our compatriots, flatbreads are baked. By the way, you can always snack on a hamburger, pizza, nuggets and other similar dishes there during the day. So if you don’t want to leave the beach until the evening, then you can have lunch right there. Thus, our compatriots had no complaints about the quality of food. True, a number of guests were somewhat surprised by the fact that there were no tablecloths on the tables in the restaurant. However, then they realized that it was even better. After all, tablecloths often get dirty, and they are not changed after each visitor even in five-star hotels. Therefore, this approach allows guests to always eat at a clean table without unsightly stains.

In addition, experienced travelers remind us that smoking is allowed almost everywhere in Turkey. Therefore, if you do not want to inhale cigarette smoke, then it makes sense to take a table inside the restaurant rather than on the terrace outside.
