Or, if I am a legal representative of a legal entity, I agree to provide information related to the details of the legal entity: name, legal address, types of activities, name and full name of the executive body. Transport

The transfer is provided in foreign cars of the “Standard” category.

Part of the car park is equipped with air conditioning.
The maximum number of passengers in a passenger car is 4 people. (including children of any age).
If you have bulky luggage (suitcases, strollers, etc.) that is larger than the trunk volume of a sedan car, you must order a minibus.

Instead of an ordered minibus with 5 to 8 seats, Tour Operator "Dolphin" reserves the right to provide several cars for transfer.

Instead of an ordered minibus with up to 20 seats, Tour Operator "Dolphin" reserves the right to provide several minibuses of smaller capacity for transfer.

To provide return transfer services, the car is delivered 4-6 hours (depending on the border load and the distance of the accommodation facility) before the departure time of the train or plane

Conditions for providing individual transfers

1. The travel agent is required to provide the Tour Operator no less than 5 working days before the transfer date in his personal account in the Notes to the application

1.1 data on the arrival of clients (flight number, time of arrival at the destination or train number and carriage number, time of arrival at the destination);
1.2 mobile phones of tourists.

2. The transfer is carried out either in one car/minibus/bus or in two cars/minibuses/buses with a transfer at the border.

3. If tourists, without waiting for the appointed time for the departure of transport, decided to get to the accommodation facility on their own, no refund of the money paid will be made.

4. In case of failure to report delay or failure of the client to arrive at the meeting place for any reason, the transfer is considered completed, money is not refundable.

5. If tourists have an incorrect mobile phone number specified in their order or the subscriber’s phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or train station, the transfer is considered completed and money is not refundable.

6. The agent is obliged to provide tourists with contact numbers of our representative offices and inform tourists about the rules for organizing transfers.

7. Disembarkation with luggage to present documents at the border is mandatory.

8. The time for providing a return individual transfer is scheduled in accordance with the route sheet drawn up on the eve of departure. The wishes of tourists regarding the departure time can be considered, if possible, if they were voiced no later than 48 hours before the departure time of the plane or train.

Group transfer: important information, contact details.

Important information

The waiting time for a group to gather at the railway station or at the airport to provide a GROUP transfer ranges from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours.

To provide return transfer services, a minibus/bus arrives 4–6 hours (depending on the congestion of the border and the distance of the accommodation facility) before the departure time of the train or plane.

Please take this time into account when ordering REVERSE GROUP TRANSFERS!

Information on the time of delivery of the minibus/bus for the provision of return transfer services is communicated by the dispatcher of the transport company on the eve of departure to the contact numbers of tourists specified when booking.

5. In case of arrival or departure of tourists outside the group transfer schedule, only an individual transfer can be ordered.

6. In case of failure to report late or non-arrival of the client for any reason at the meeting point, the transfer is considered completed, money is not refundable.

7. If tourists have an incorrect mobile phone number specified in their order or the subscriber’s phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or train station, the transfer is considered completed and money is not refundable.

8. The agent is obliged to provide tourists with contact numbers of our representative offices and inform tourists about the rules for organizing transfers.

9. It is possible to connect passengers from several trains and flights.

10. Disembarkation with luggage to present documents at the border is mandatory.

11. A group transfer involves the transportation of tourists and luggage based on the number of tourists in the bus/minibus, the number of seats and the average volume of oversized luggage. Baggage allowance per person is 1 suitcase + hand luggage.

12. The time for the return group transfer is scheduled in accordance with the itinerary drawn up on the eve of departure. The wishes of tourists regarding the departure time can be considered, if possible, if they were voiced no later than 48 hours before the departure time of the plane or train.

A wonderful holiday on the shores of the clearest sea. Well-groomed area with a wide variety of flowers and green spaces. Beautiful sea view from the pool. Cozy rooms in European style. Regular cleaning, as well as fresh bed linen and a set of towels. Quality food! But I would like to pay special attention to the entire team, who surrounded our stay with special warmth and goodwill! Dear ones, thank you for everything! We recently left and already miss you!!!

It seems so clean and cozy, but....the breakfasts suck!!! The buns are terrible, the oatmeal is already sitting in their livers, even cats don’t eat sausage. Poor people who ordered all inclusive! And the prices in their cafe are simply atomic!! The room was not cleaned once during the week, the towels were changed once and then every other time! A fountain on site is cool, but when it works for days, it’s overkill!!! It is absolutely impossible to swim in the shower, the water changes from boiling water to ice water, even washing your hands is a problem!!!

We rested at the hotel with two small children from 06/17/19 to 06/28/19. We lived in a luxurious two-story log cottage. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was: on the 1st floor - a large fold-out sofa, a kitchen set with everything you need, a large dining table, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, TV; on the 2nd floor there are two isolated rooms with a large double bed, a double-door wardrobe and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the first and second floors there are verandas along the entire length of the house, from which a beautiful view of the sea opens. There is a children's playground and even in the center of the hotel there is a fountain, which in the evenings creates a fabulous atmosphere, shimmering with different colors. We drove our car around almost the whole of Abkhazia and have never seen a hotel with such a large and beautiful territory. The hotel area is designer decorated - paving stones, decorative stones, flowers, palm trees, weeping willows... The atmosphere is cozy, homely and feels completely safe. There is ample parking on site at the hotel. The house was cleaned every day efficiently. They changed the linen. It is worth saying a special thank you to the chefs for the delicious home-style food. Breakfasts were varied. Lunch and dinner were ordered upon request. They even bake confectionery at the request of vacationers (cakes, pastries...). Everything was prepared from the freshest ingredients, which were brought in every day. There is also a large three-level heated swimming pool on site. Convenient and comfortable for bathing the whole family. The hotel management even purchased cool inflatable mattresses for vacationers (children and adults) in the pool. From the hotel to the sea it is about 300 meters on foot, to the capital of Abkhazia (Sukhum) 10-15 minutes by minibus or 5-7 minutes by car. In conclusion, I would like to once again thank the hotel management and all the staff for the excellent organization of my family’s vacation. I will definitely recommend the hotel to all my friends and acquaintances.

We vacationed with children in July 2018. The location is a suburb of Sukhumi, but two km from its center. A wonderful hotel, owned by wonderful, intelligent people - a family business. With a protected and well-groomed area and a fountain that beautifully shimmers with different colors in the evening. There are many places where you can sit in the shade, admire the sea and the garden, there is a children's playground. The new buildings are clean and cozy, but it can be stuffy if the air conditioning doesn’t work for a while due to power outages. (during our 3 week stay 2 times). But the apartments in the towers cut from Karelian pine are simply magnificent! They have everything for a family holiday! Every little detail is thought out with such love and care. Expensive pastel linen, which you won’t find in chain stores. We lived like at home for three weeks. Special thanks to the staff. Such responsive, hospitable people! Terrace, dining room, swimming pool - cleanliness everywhere. We took accommodation + breakfast. Among the vacationers there were those who were not satisfied with the diet. However, there was always enough food. Fresh vegetables, porridge, eggs, cottage cheese, jam. Drinks include tea and instant coffee. Boiled can be ordered for 50 rubles. In the morning from the menu, you can order lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, the set costs 300 rubles per person. The portions are large, the children took one for two. The beach is across the road and the railway track (it runs through almost the entire coast of Abkhazia, but while we lived there, we never saw a train). The sea is clean, in this place the water is very soft, you don’t have to rinse off after a swim. Beautiful coastline, pebbles, mostly white. Situated on the beach under the shade of acacia trees, there will be no other vacationers next to you for 50, or even 150 meters. In a local bar they give sun loungers for 50 rubles each. If you want to go to the people and civilization, for 150 rubles by taxi or 30 by bus, and in five minutes you are on the beaches of Sukhmi. Holidays in Abkhazia are for those who are nostalgic for the 90s. For those who love wild beaches. The devastation hurts the eye, the lawlessness and impudence of the local horsemen outside the resort areas frightens. But something irresistible draws us to these places.
