DESCRIPTION OF THE OASIS RESORT & SPA COMPLEX

Complex Oasis Resort & SPA located on the very shore of the sea, in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, about 65 km. from Burgas.

Great beach- about 500m long and 40m wide with fine sand dunes.
Not far from the complex there is Strandzha mountain area, a significant part of which is a nature reserve.

Complex perfect fit for those who want to avoid the crowded big resorts. Popular with wealthy tourists.

The complex is designed in a Mediterranean style. There is a hotel and apartments on site.
Apartments, in turn, are divided into apartment zones DELUX - 1st line from the sea and on standard apartments- other.
Available for rent only about 50 apartments- this is not much at all!
All apartments of the same type have approximately the same layout, but may differ in furniture (depending on the owners).

The hotel is located in a separate building and is located on the very seashore.

For the first time in Bulgaria, the oasis was recommended by friends of the owners. Our month here is coming to an end. And so on the shelves: 1. The reception staff is very attentive, when booking we corresponded with Larisa - she was very attentive to all our requests. The elevator partially did not work (only up) - we had to go twice, after 5 days they fixed it, but not for long, we again took the stroller down the stairs. But again, the staff is polite, I suspect there are some serious problems with this elevator) 2. The cleaning service is excellent! Every day. There are no complaints at all. Three lovely women, thank you. Small weather events left chaos in their wake. Yes, I was lazy on vacation too. 3. Nanny. When booking, the amount announced was three times lower than in fact. The director of the kindergarten has changed, so II don’t understand, but the prices for nannies are inadequate!!! I really needed a nanny, but because of the prices I had to cope on my own and please myself with such amounts. For a second, with my requests by the hour - 10-12,000 rubles a day. We didn’t use the children’s club, the children are still small, and both of my children got chickenpox here (maybe coxsackie), we’ll find out for sure upon arrival home. The local doctor gives everyone chickenpox. Our first vacation in a children's complex (we always took separate housing) and our last one) 4. I’ll write separately about the beautiful green area, it’s really a pleasant walk here! A plus for landscape designers! 5. Pool bar - great cocktails! Advertisement , instead of crab, they wrap cheap crab sticks in a roll for 1200 rubles, instead of crayfish, a dubious rubber-tasting Something, Soups, rolls, salads taste very poor, the level of Eurasia of student years, even the delicious-tasting sandwich was disappointing, they also bring out cold French fries. In general, a complete minus in everything. Although, no, every time the waiters offer to correct all the mistakes at the establishment’s expense, but even this will not change the overall picture. The distant restaurant (behind the Delete bar) is a scoop of a scoop, terrible-looking dishes, snacks were generally yesterday's at best, no service. Well, the Restaurant, which made our holiday delicious and still proved that there is a place to eat in Bulgaria - Petrus. The level of service is excellent. Most of the menu items are well thought out (and we tried everything from both restaurants). The prices, of course, are for a good restaurant, but here everything matches! Tomorrow we are going to cheer for Russia in our already beloved Petrus! Porcini mushroom risotto, tuna tartare, fresh sea bass, lobster, salmon, duck, paella - this is something that is definitely worth trying and, of course, Sauvignon Blanc Petrus. Look for waiter Ivo if you want top-notch service. Prices: 2-room apartment with sea view - 150 euros per day, extension until 18:00 - 60 euros. Nanny with two children - 1 hour - 30 lev - approximately 1200 rubles A bottle of that sauvignon blanc - 58 levs (2400 rubles) And the vacation was a success)…

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement - for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

I hereby give my consent to the Agent and Tour Operator to send me emails/information messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number I have provided.

I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide personal data of the persons specified in the Application, and undertake the obligation to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of inspection authorities.

I agree that the text of my consent to the processing of personal data, given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons specified in the Application, is stored electronically in a database and/or on paper and confirms the fact of consent to process and transfer personal data in accordance with the above provisions and take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.

This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be withdrawn by me at any time, and insofar as it concerns a specific person, the subject of personal data specified in the Application, by the specified person by sending a written notice to the Agent by mail.
