A hotel for the unpretentious.
We went in early September with a group of relatives: me (mother) with a child (3 years old) + two families of grandparents.
We read the reviews before the trip, so we knew what to expect.

Accommodation:
No one is settled here in advance, neither Russians nor foreigners. Many people have been sleeping in the hotel lobby since 7 am. If your flight arrives before check-in time, consider setting aside things you can change into and go swimming, for example. On the ground floor (right under the hall) there are toilets, showers and a sauna (maybe closer to the end of the season, when it is cooler, it will be popular, but we have never been there).

Food:
Turkish fives of 150 sq.m. Don't expect any variety of dishes. Everything here is in a purely European style: a small area, a minimum of variety, but what they give is quite tasty. Of the minuses, I note that there is nothing special to feed the child in the morning. There are no porridges (one kind appeared, but it did not inspire confidence in me). Cereals with milk, eggs with sausage and a non-sweet bun, that’s all (although all children eat differently, maybe I haven’t discovered everything for myself and the child). For lunch, 1 type of soup (always like cream soup, and sometimes spicy). There was always a choice of meat: beef, chicken (stewed, fried, spicy, sweet and sour), lamb, pork. Among the fruits there were not very sweet (which is surprising) watermelons, apples, sometimes pears (wooden), canned (!) peaches.

Pools:
one large with a smooth increase in depth. One small one for playing with the ball over the net. Children's with a bunny slide standing on the side.
+ Water park (for those who take "all inclusive" - free). The water park has two children's pools: one with a frog slide and a ship-slide, the second with a large ship with slides and other entertainment. But the water in the second one is cold, which is surprising, because... In all the pools the water is like fresh milk.
In general, there are plenty of places to ride on the slides in the water park; they even let you and your child go on one “adult” slide, the blue one. The son was indescribably delighted. I went on all the slides myself, I really liked the ones with cheesecakes (there are two of them).

Hotel:
There are two bars. One is in the pullbar (it’s called a “tavern”), which is open from 10:30 to 17:30, the second is the “main” one next to the hall and at the same time as the “dining room”.
There is no water in the rooms. But if you give the bartender an empty bottle, he will fill it with water. We bought a pack of 6 bottles at a local store (near the entrance to the amusement park).
It has already been written that the entire hotel is two-story houses. A key (not a card, and even with a heavy key fob for defense))) is given one per room. The rooms are modest but quite spacious. Everything is there: hairdryer, iron, utensils, including frying pan, saucepan, stove, etc. During our stay, the shower in our room broke down, I went to the reception and explained it, and it was fixed the same evening. The air conditioner worked properly. The area is quite green, there are a lot of different plantings, but because of this there is another minus: various living creatures creep/fly into the room every now and then. There was a trail of ants outside our front door, right up to the entrance to the bathroom. Until they crawled further, we didn’t bother each other.
The cleaning in our room was extremely mediocre... On one of my photos there is a photo of the sleeping place “after cleaning”, it shows that they didn’t even bother to make one half of the bed like the other. To be fair, I would like to note that in my parents’ room (1402, my child and I lived in 4501), the cleaning was beyond praise, it was always clean, towels were changed regularly, the balcony was cleaned, incl. on the table. But because My child and I only came to our room to take a shower and sleep; we were not very upset by all the above-mentioned disadvantages. If you go to this hotel to sit in your room, then it will definitely disappoint you.

Beach:
As in all reviews, I repeat: it is NOT here. Yes, "1st line", but there is no entrance to the sea. we tried to visit as many beaches as possible, and not only go to Nisia Beach or Makronissos. First things first:
1. The closest beach is “to the right” from the hotel. walk with a stroller for 10-12 minutes. entrance to the water from one stone. there is almost no sand underfoot (in the water). But there is a beach on the shore. There is nothing special for a child to do there other than directly swimming with swimming equipment. We went there to swim with fins, a mask and a snorkel. The marine fauna is, of course, not the Red Sea. It's mostly a rocky bottom, with small "craters", there are probably a dozen species of fish (at least I saw about that many), sea urchins, we saw a small crab, something like a sea centipede, only more and we even saw how sea creatures ate a small octopus (!).
2. further to the right (20 minutes walk) is another beach. rocky when the tide is high, the entrance is sandier. There are water activities for adults: parachute, jet ski, "sofa"
3. further to the right (by bus, 6-10 minutes). Nissi Beach. Large, sandy, gently sloping entrance. VERY, VERY many people. The only beach where there is no free shower (to rinse off the sea), only for feet, but there is only one (!) on this entire beach. Relatives swam around the island on the right with fins and masks, they said there was something to see.
4. even further to the right Makronissos (12-15 minutes by bus) + then another 7 minutes walk from the road. Sandy, gently sloping entrance to the water. Much quieter than Nissi Beach.
5. turn left to the port (20 minutes walk). The beach stretches for about 5 kilometers. The closer you are to the port (and to the hotel, respectively), the rockier the entrance. You can't get to the far side of the beach with a stroller. On the near side, the entrance to the water is along a path made of sandbags in the water, which end together with stones (at this point an adult is already chest-deep). I put my child on my back and so we went in, and then jumped on the waves. In general, you can take your child there with floating equipment (inflatable rings/rafts/sleeves, etc.).

Well, for a snack I would like to talk about the beach, which few people write about in reviews
6. on the other (far) side of the “port” beach there is Maistrali Beach. We went there by taxi for about 12-15 minutes. This is probably the best beach we visited during this trip. Sandy, gently sloping entrance to the water. About 50 meters from the shore (you need to swim) there is an underwater stone island where people feed fish and there are a lot of them there. There are water activities to suit every taste, color and budget. But most importantly, the rocks begin to the left of the beach. They are small, some even jump from them into the water. Swimming along them with a mask and snorkel is a pleasure. There are many schools of fish, there are grottoes and caves in the rocks, if you swim a little further. You can walk along the water along the rocks, for example, in special. slippers and from there dive further from the shore.

evening rest:
In fact, there is practically no animation in the hotel, but in the evening they will dance with the children at the mini-disco and even give them a balloon :)
The first few evenings, of course, we went to the amusement park. Humanitarian prices: 12 tokens for 10 euros. If the child is older and is alone on the attraction, then the price for children is basically 1 token, if like mine and on some attractions you are still with me, then 2 tokens. There is a place to take your child for a ride, and even go for a ride yourself. We (adults) rode on a large ship and on a booster, the latter left a lot of impressions.
In addition to the amusement park, electric scooters were rented. For me with a child, I asked for a child seat (not available at all rental points). The cost varies, we found (to the left of the hotel) 10 euros for 2 hours. Everyone enjoyed it, me, the child and the parents. It was while riding this scooter that we discovered the Dinopark (it is located towards Nissi Beach on the opposite side of the bike path). Exhibition of dinosaurs that move and growl. Due to numerous requests from the child, we went there twice).

Sorry for the multi-book.

We arrived late, somewhere around 22-30, which was announced in advance. At this time, you can no longer eat anything at the hotel, even if you paid for “all inclusive”. The towels are a bit old.

The hotel is certainly not "Chic", but quite decent. The staff is trying. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Everything is there: several types of meat, fish, olives, vegetables, fruits. Rooms near the pool may be noisy from the rushing water. We got building 45, it is at the very end, far from the pool and overlooking the sea. We went to the beach behind the port and swam every day at the end of November.

Sometimes there are ants, so it is better not to crumble food in the room or leave food open

Good varied food (there are always dishes for every taste, lots of fish, cocktails, ice cream, wine, beer); Friendly staff, quickly resolved my requests, speak Russian and English. Good room cleaning; There is an indoor heated pool; If you walk 15-20 minutes along the beautiful promenade you can find excellent beaches;

The bath towels require replacement - they are too washed out. And also on the booking there is no information that the program is all inclusive, no free beach towels are provided and no drinking water is left in the room (this is all only for guests who are on the all-inclusive system, but from the tour operator, and not when booking through booking). I was also a little surprised by the family room - there are not two separate rooms, but just a large room divided by a partition not up to the ceiling - i.e. light and sound penetrate freely to the other half

The hotel fully corresponds to the stated level and price. The food is excellent, varied, everything is fresh. In the morning at breakfast, you can make your own freshly squeezed orange juice (but only in the summer - until November). The water park is the real one on site. Small in area, but more than suitable with children. We were at the end of the season (late October - early November), the water, of course, was cooler than in the sea, but still, with a 6-year-old child, we calmly rode down the slides and swam along the “lazy” river. All day in bars there are various drinks and ice cream. There were many animators, they entertained children during the day (but only until November, then there was only one animator until the start of the season). We liked the way the rooms were cleaned; the linen was changed every other day or two. The only thing is, don’t forget to throw the towels on the floor, otherwise they won’t replace them with clean ones (at first I forgot to leave them on the floor and had to run to the reception for fresh ones). The hotel is located well - behind the fence there is a local amusement park, in the center. Although there is no beach nearby, walking to the beach for 10-15 minutes at a calm pace along the embankment did not bother me at all))) The staff is very good - friendly and helpful)). We came for one stay, and ended up extending our stay for another week. And if necessary, I will happily stay at this hotel again!

after the end of the season, special dishes from the menu began to disappear, fresh fruits were closed in the mornings, cockroaches began to appear in the shower on the third day, healthy cockroaches, but only at night, on the last day they turned it off, the impression was that everyone was already tired of the season and were just putting the squeeze on his. But this does not apply to Cyprus

Simply excellent accommodation, the food was incredibly tasty and very often, it was simply impossible to remain without food, there were few holidaymakers near the pool, linen was changed and the room was cleaned almost every day, delicious alcoholic cocktails, very friendly staff, they try to help and advise in different situations. For 7 days there was never any rain, only very warm weather and a very rich fruity-floral smell of the air... Cyprus is a divine place in the mix with this hotel, but only in season!

The hotel and its territory are more reminiscent of 3*, and not the declared 4*: it’s time to change the sun loungers (some of them are torn or dented), some of the umbrellas are also shabby, the rooms are modest, there are no double beds, they connect 2 single beds, but they move apart.

The hotel is located right in the city center, close to Luna Park (amusement park), various shops and cafes, the port of Ayia Napa is a 10-minute walk, nightclubs are a 10-minute walk, the beach is a 15-minute walk, you need to go to Nissi Beach: by car 5 minutes, I can’t tell you not to use public transport. Nice buffet, has everything! Even pasta with mussels and king prawns and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. I didn’t like the drinks on the all-inclusive system: the juices were tasteless, as if they were diluted, there were only three non-alcoholic cocktails versus probably 20 alcoholic ones, which were also so-so. The hotel has 3 swimming pools: 1 large with a shallow entrance, 1 for children and 1 shallow with a net for ball games. The hotel also has a small but real water park with different slides: for both the little ones and adults, there is even a wave pool. There is daytime animation near the pool and evening animation from 21:00.

We stayed in a standard double room. The door to the bathroom did not close, apparently it was warped. The drain in the shower did not work well, as a result, water overflowed outside the bathroom - they only cleaned it on the second request. During the rain, we lived on the second floor, due to the uneven threshold, there was a flood in the room, everything flowed from the street to us. When we contacted the reception in the evening, they said that there were no cleaning staff and handed us towels, so we could clean everything ourselves. When asked about eliminating the problem itself, they answered: “Here, when it rains, our house floods.” That is, they were not going to solve the problem. The air conditioner also did not work, we asked the reception to fix it 3 times, but no one came to fix it, it turned out that the batteries were dead, which we changed ourselves. The fact is that in March it is still quite cool at night, and air conditioning is the only means of heating, as a result, for 3 nights it was damp as in a swamp. The toilet seat was hanging on one bolt, but I didn’t have the strength to go and dismantle this problem anymore.

  • . 2 night stay
  • The water park and children's room were not working, and we only found out about this when we arrived (((the indoor pool, which was supposed to be warm, in fact was practically no different from those on the street. Well, it’s quite far from the beach (the hotel does not have its own beach).

Excellent location, great food (we took "all inclusive"), extremely friendly staff, initially we were scared by the reviews that Russians were not treated very well, apparently those who wrote these reviews and did not behave very well themselves, they helped us with all the questions and were extremely friendly. despite the night check-in and the request to change the room, because... We were with a child and asked for the 2nd floor, the only thing was that we could not close the room from the inside so that the child would not run away.

    5.4 Bought a 4-night tour to Cyprus

    03.02.2020

We stayed at this hotel in January 2020, taking into account the availability of a car, everything was fine, there were no surprises. We arrived from the airport ourselves. Check-in within ten minutes, however, they did not notice us at the reception desk right away. The two girls were talking very enthusiastically with each other. Everything in the room was as written in the reviews; due to winter, cleaning was not included in the list of services. Towels - thank you, they were changed. The food was good, no questions, everything was as in the reviews, but we will not return to this hotel.

    30.01.2020

It feels like the reception staff are in cahoots with the taxi. Background: they take your passport at check-in and say that they will give it back upon departure. So they won’t give it back unless you ask. Which we forgot about, because our passports had never been taken away from us before. At the airport it turned out, we called the hotel, they said in a completely indifferent tone that they had the passports. To my complaint that they promised to return it, they answered, no, you yourself must ask. Amazing. I called a taxi, gave him our passports, we had to give 50 euros to the taxi driver. Great scheme. The guy who took us all the way to the airport told us that this happens very often here, there are taxis that make money only on passports. Food is average. We flew with a 1.3-year-old baby; there was almost always nothing to feed. I have yogurt for breakfast (I stopped eating it after a few days), and I can’t find anything at all for dinner. The room is cool, the thermostat was turned on all the time. There was no place to dry clothes; we had to hang them on the sides of the crib. I couldn't hear my neighbors, I slept great.

    09.01.2020

Convenient location: near the embankment, supermarkets, bus stop. The food is buffet style, the breakfasts are the same, often for breakfast and dinner we used what we didn’t eat last time. The room was by the pool, you could hear the slurping pump all the time. The room was cleaned upon request, 2 times in 11 days. Excellent Wi-Fi. There was strong humidity in the room. Friendly, helpful staff. We are not picky, so we liked almost everything; we didn’t pay much attention to the shortcomings above.

    6.0 Bought a 9-night tour to Cyprus

    26.11.2019

The winter concept was a buffet, quite normal, a lot of meat, with worse fruit, but there is some. We had “all inclusive”, there were no queues, but for dinner it’s better later by seven, because the tables are all occupied earlier, those who have breakfast, dinner and are hungry come running. For those who have breakfast, dinner, drinks are not included, but people easily bring their own juices, no one said a word to them. It is better to buy green tea, the hotel is very mediocre, the beer they serve is normal, the rest of the alcohol is also okay. The water in the pool was refreshing in mid-November, almost no one swam. The sea was fresh 22-24, but everyone swam if it was sunny. The beach to the right is a quick 15-minute walk, but it’s small, well, to the left behind the port it’s about 20 minutes with a child, but it’s big and without stones, it’s good there. It's fun to feed the fish with bread in the port. Sun beds for rent 2.5 euros per day. Beach towels are available for a deposit and for rent; every day a certain amount is debited from the deposit. In short, we went with the whites from the room. In the evening there was some kind of animation, we have never been there. At 20 o'clock there is a children's disco. There was a kettle in the family room. Sockets with a triple plug, they say at the reception they give you an adapter as a deposit, but we had our own. The area is small, but everyone walks along the sea, there is an excellent path for many kilometers. Bicycle rental is available. Renting an electric scooter with a seat in the city costs 10 euros for 2 hours, but we didn’t take it. There are cafes and shops in the city, although almost everything is closed, there are enough, the average price of a dish in a cafe is 15-20 euros.

The room has everything you need, a safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator are included in the price of the tour. Free Wi-Fi is good in the room and on the premises. We'll come again!

    4.6 Bought a 7-night tour to Cyprus

    20.11.2019

Bed linen was not changed for 3 days until we asked twice. They moved the bed to the wall so that the child would sleep against the wall; in place of the bed, of course, there was dirt on the floor, and for three days the floor also remained dirty in this place. On the second day, the dirty towels were removed from the floor and new ones were not given. Maybe this is the norm for tours, the first experience. The food is also questionable, everything is in some kind of sauces, they mix yesterday’s pene with today’s pasta of a different type. In short, I can understand when the furniture is old, the linen is worn out, but when it is clean! Not worth four stars, IMHO.

    6.0 Bought a 7-night tour to Cyprus

    20.04.2019

The hotel was a triple, not a four, we took breakfast and dinner, and spent the rest of the time traveling around Cyprus. There were 2 beds in the room that were constantly moving apart... There was no telephone, the air conditioning did not work (they did it later), the water in the washbasin was draining very poorly. The cleaning ladies knock twice and immediately enter the room... Breakfast was always the same, dinner changed. The choice of food is small, and most importantly - there is no water at dinner! Absolutely not. As they said at the reception: “You don’t have all-inclusive, either buy at the bar or bring your own.” I won't go there again.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. I liked the food: there was a large selection of dishes, the food was delicious. We were on half board, it was enough, we didn’t even want to have lunch, we ate our fill in the morning. During the season, it may be noisy, since there is a water park and an amusement park nearby. I would not go to this hotel during the high season with small children. They were cleaned only 3 times in 7 days, but towels were provided with a spare. There was a kettle in the room, but in fact there was none. Shampoo, soap and body lotion were only available on the day of arrival, they were not replenished, but this is not critical. I didn’t like that the design of the shower was such that water poured directly onto the floor, there was no curtain, and because of this it was constantly damp, a whole puddle in the bathroom. There were a few ants on the floor in the room, but that wasn't too annoying either. The small refrigerator worked properly. Overall I recommend the hotel.

The holiday was for the New Year holidays from December 31, 2019 to January 7, 2020. The hotel is not operating at full capacity. Very poor room cleaning. The hotel itself was also very poorly cleaned and the dishes were washed poorly. We didn't even dare to swim in the pool. The gym was always closed. The food is very poor and monotonous. Animation - evening karaoke, sometimes there were children's dances. We had a New Year's Eve party, for which we paid separately and could not refuse. The organization of this evening was disgusting, they made a queue for seating at tables, and then when everyone was seated, they opened a buffet and the whole crowd rushed to put on plates 🤦‍♀️. Entertainment: Two girls sang and a man played the violin, you could dance.

We booked a hotel for a trip from December 31st for 6 nights. You can see this hotel with different names - fun&sun panthea waterpark 4*, panthea village 4*, panthea holiday village waterpark 4*. This is all one hotel, look at the address. Cons: - The hotel is old, although they are trying to renovate it for the season, but the musty smell in the rooms (especially the lower floor), in the lobby, and in the indoor pool area is simply terrible. - there is no room cleaning. For 7 days our room was not cleaned, the trash was not taken out, the towels were not changed. We asked for several days to change our room (from the 1st floor to the 2nd). On the 3rd day we moved. And that was the only day we checked into a clean room. - nutrition. Breakfast is very poor. Dinner the first 2 days was delicious, although the choice was small. The rest of the days I had to choose something, because the dishes were half-cooked or, on the contrary, overcooked/overcooked. There are few fruits (tangerines, apples, bananas), if there were any, you need to grab them in time. The dishes had to be chosen - dirty and chipped... - indoor pool. Small and not deep (0.7 meters). But in view of the unsanitary conditions we saw in other places, we didn’t even dare to go there. - beach. There is no normal entrance to the sea. Only from the stairs. The beach is rocky. Pros: small normal area with free parking; -the location of the hotel relative to cafes and shops. - an embankment along which you can stroll. I would also like to say something about organizing the New Year's dinner. The program included a welcome drink, a New Year's dinner with a concert and a birthday cake with champagne. In fact: 1. People crowded in the cold hotel lobby for about 40 minutes, queuing for punch. 2. Seating of guests took a whole hour (People stood in line), and those who came the earliest sat at empty tables and waited for others to be seated. 3. Then everyone went for food. The buffet area is not designed for so many people, so again there was a rush. But to give credit, the food presented was delicious! The only plus. 4. Concert 🤦‍♀️. The background was normal for us at the far table. 5. At 00.10 there was supposed to be a ceremonial serving of the cake with champagne. But in the distribution area there was a tray with pieces of pie wrapped in a napkin.) Guests asked about champagne. But as the staff said, the Champagne ran out before it started))) Apparently they didn’t buy it. We came with our own champagne and, as it turned out, we were not allowed glasses, only plastic glasses)))) And there is no champagne, so drink your own as you want. I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday, primarily because of the unsanitary conditions.

I’ll start with the fact that I am a travel agent and have been to many places, lived in both budget hotels and very expensive ones. I will write my review exclusively about the hotel because I don’t understand why most hotel reviews begin with long stories about flights, screaming children at the airport or a guide who “sniffs” excursions, because this in no way reflects the level and quality of the hotel itself. So, Pantea is a 4* hotel that corresponds to its star rating, the hotel is located on the main street of Ayia Napa - Nissi Avenue on the second coastline, but in front of the hotel there is a vacant lot, so there are categories of rooms that offer sea views. Near the hotel there are a lot of shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, and an amusement park. There is a beautiful promenade on the sea, along which you can walk to the very center of Ayia in 10 minutes Napa. The hotel has a large water park, a heated pool and an outdoor pool - everything is clean. The area is well-groomed, green, at the end of the season it is noticeable that new palm trees have been planted. There is a mini club Tukan, animation, evening shows. The rooms are renovated, clean, snow-white bed, good plumbing. The room has air conditioning and flat screen TV. kettle, hairdryer (adapter required), cups, safe - for an additional fee according to the hotel concept! on the first floor there is a terrace, on the second floor there are large balconies on which there are a table and two chairs, and a clothes dryer. The rooms are bright, the furniture is not shabby. Satisfied with the cleaning. The food is good: several types of meat (I would like to mention marinated ribs on the grill - they are divine), fish, vegetables, salads, sausages, cheeses, fruits, for dinner some seafood in a salad (ala shrimp), sweets, croissants, pancakes, coffee from coffee machines, teas, ice cream for dinner! in many hotels ice cream is for an additional fee, in Panthea it is included in the price (we had half board: breakfast and dinner). If you have half board, like me, then take the trouble to ask what you are entitled to and don’t need to shout that the hotel has limited tea for dinner, because in this food system drinks for dinner, even water, are not included in the price! and your travel agent should tell you about this! Yes, the choice of dishes is not as varied as in Turkey, but you are not coming to Turkey, but to Cyprus, and this must be taken into account! We were satisfied with the food, and there were 4 of us! I also just want to say that breakfast on the first day for any type of food is not included in the price, since your check-in is from 14-00! and it doesn’t matter what time you arrived or how many children you brought. if!yama" arrived at 8 am and demands breakfast for the children (which has not been paid for), the hotel has every right to refuse. If you want to feed the children - pay! The same thing on the last day - it is allowed ONLY tomorrow since check-out from the hotel is until 12-00 ! beach. yes, the hotel does not have its own beach, since in Cyprus there are municipal beaches. There are no entrance to the sea, there are stones, if you walk to the left or to the right for about 15 minutes, you will find sandy beaches and umbrellas for an additional fee. The hotel has European sockets, so take adapters with you or you can get an adapter at the reception for a deposit of 4 euros. Beach towels are also available for a deposit + 2.50 euros for washing. The hotel staff do not speak Russian, and they are not obliged to do this. they know English, so it’s always possible to come to an agreement. For those who don’t speak English, in the 21st century everyone has telephones, there are translators on their phones - voila, you understand each other) I was especially pleased with the Wi-Fi, it can be received throughout the entire territory, there’s a good signal (I don’t know if that’s the case). due to the fact that the hotel has 40% occupancy. or always good). one evening there was only one child staying at the hotel, and the animator was conducting an entertainment program with one child! If travel agents read my review, then my request is to present hotels to tourists correctly, the concepts and specifics of the regions, and then tourists will understand what they paid money for! I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff who tried their best to make our holiday a success. Also thanks to the girls at the reception who were kind and gave us two rooms next to each other, as we asked.

Arrived on November 28, left on December 4. We checked in immediately upon arrival, the receptionist doesn’t speak Russian, but they try to understand my clumsy English and the most interesting thing is that they always understand! In winter there are not many guests, but this is even a plus. The rooms are clean and not tired. When we arrived, the room was cool, but the air conditioner quickly corrected everything. The food was normal, there was always plenty to choose from, they always left full, the dishes were replenished as the end approached)) Despite the fact that there were few guests, leisure was organized, games and activities such as exercises during the day, a mini disco, music and competitions in the evening. We only had breakfast and dinner, so drinks could only be taken for free at breakfast, this did not spoil the impression at all, later we retired with a bottle of wine on the balcony. Water parks, etc.it worked, low season after all. But for 500 € for two people per tour, we liked everything, the weather was great, I don’t know how it was in the summer, but we’ll definitely be back in the fall and winter!

Large, not for everyone. The bed sheets were snow-white, of good quality; they changed them for us 3 times in a week. There were green wool blankets. Blue beach towels are issued at the reception for a deposit of 4 euros and cost 2.5 euros per day if you hand them in for washing. For a deposit of 3 euros you can take an adapter. Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire territory, our room was 1804 behind the pool, there were no problems with the Internet, but sometimes we had to enter the password again. There is a safe in the room, it was not specified whether it is paid or free. On the balcony there are 3 chairs, a table, and a drying rack for swimsuits. On the 1st floor there is an open balcony, without fencing. On the 2nd floor the balconies have no roof, as is clear from the photo. The territory is well-groomed, hibiscus and bougainvillea are blooming, 3 cats live on the territory, on the canteen there is a sign asking not to feed the cats, they have special food. The cats are luxurious, well-fed, lazy and calm. I’m a travel agent, but when I went to the hotel, I didn’t write or ask anyone for anything)). The tour cost 500 euros for two with breakfast + dinner. The food is quite decent: several types of meat, good fish, not pangasius, vegetables, not a lot of fruits, sweets of the same type: pie a la cupcake and cake with a lot of cream in the evening, raisin buns in the morning, croissants. There was ice cream for dinner every day. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive system, people took beer and wine. Powdered drinks. Behind the pools there is a snack bar for the all-inclusive concept, but it is open in the summer rather, we did not see people there in November. The hotel has several outdoor swimming pools, and 2 small indoor ones, one heated. There are many sun loungers around the pool. The trouble is with the sea - it is nearby, but it is not possible to go in, the rock is like pumice with caverns, you can break your legs. If you look at the sea, about 10 minutes to the right is the Kamenyuk beach with a pontoon and 2 ladders for getting into the water. You need to swim carefully, because... the stones are like reefs in the water, a little cleared, but everything is not very early. Further 500m away is the Pernera beach, it is sandy, but there are pebbles under your feet, it is better to go to the aquashoes. If you go to the left of the hotel along the coastline, the first one will be the beach of the Pier Anne Hotel, it is also rocky and they have made a new pontoon with 3 launches into the water. Another 10 minutes walk to the left and you can reach Limanaki Beach, it is behind the Ayia Napa marina. In the summer it will be hot to walk along the embankment with children; the path is excellent, made for pedestrians and cyclists. Near the hotel there is an amusement park and its own water park. In November, of course, nothing worked. The hotel has the concept of a Toucan club and children can play here and hold mini-discos. People played table tennis and billiards. I chose the hotel, knowing that I would be on excursions all day, the sea in November is +22, for me the water is cold, although the people were not actively swimming, they were swimming. Outside the hotel there are a lot of cafes, shops, and pharmacies. It's a half hour walk to the center of Ayia Napa, where the church and monastery are. Stops towards Larnaca are on the left of the hotel near the Plus supermarket. Intercity bus 711 goes to Larnaca for 4 euros. To Nissi Beach, take bus 101 for 1.5 euros (return number 102). In Larnaca you can change to intercity buses to Limammol, Paphos, Paralimni. The price is 4 euros, see the schedule on the Internet, it changes seasonally, intervals for the autumn-winter period are from an hour or more.
