We vacationed with my husband from June 15 to June 22, 2015. RODOPI ZVETE FLORA 4* is a hotel complex consisting of three hotels with a common territory. Upon arrival, we checked into the Tsvete hotel - the closest to the sea, but the most distant from the infrastructure of the hotel itself. An unpleasant surprise - most of the staff speak German; not everyone speaks English, even at the reception desk. The same applies to the animation team; all competitions (including explanations of the rules) are only in German, without duplication into English, and especially Russian. In general, we have repeatedly heard remarks that we have not liked Russians for the last year. Although this did not affect the attitude towards us in any way, there was no feeling of disdain. We liked the room (we ordered the Studio type), it was very spacious andgenerally well-groomed, although it did not exude newness and wealth. The room has everything you need, although as it turned out, there was not enough kettle. The weather was quite cool (on average 20-23 degrees), rainy, so hot tea would have greatly brightened up our stay. There is a TV in the room, only one Russian channel - NTV. There is no Internet in the rooms, we went to the Flora Hotel, where we bought a certain number of access minutes and sat in the lobby. Well, the Internet speed leaves much to be desired) The territory of the hotel complex is very large and quite well-groomed, but half of the facilities were simply closed during our stay (neither the slide nor the playground were working, some pools were closed). In such weather, the water did not warm up naturally, and there are no heated pools, so the bathing process was also associated with freezing, long-term adaptation to the water temperature - hardening, in a word. I would like to pay special attention to nutrition. We went on vacation while pregnant, so when choosing a hotel, we especially carefully studied the issue of catering, specially chose all-inclusive meals, and counted on an abundance of vegetables/fruits/dietary dishes, since the hotel was positioned for families with children. And what a disappointment it was that you felt hungry all the time, since it was difficult to choose anything. And this has nothing to do with being picky during a particular period of life; the spouse is also dissatisfied with the diet. There are very few meat dishes: with the exception of chicken thighs, all dishes are made only from fairly spicy minced meat with specific seasonings. There was only enough tomatoes and cucumbers for all three meals, as well as a good selection of fruits for lunch and dinner. The snack bar only offers pizza and French fries, as well as ice cream. In principle, there are no juices, only diluted concentrates like Jupi. Sweets and baked goods also turned out to be unsuitable for consumption. And always before the opening of the restaurant, a crowd of people had already accumulated at its doors who wanted to take places at the tables as soon as possible. As positive aspects, we can note the clean air, proximity to the sea and a walking area with many benches and shops (which did not add noise to the room), in general a fairly measured rhythm of relaxation. It’s worth going there, stocking up on books/embroidery/movies on your laptop or tablet.

Overall I liked the hotel. The contingent is 99% Germans, the rest are Poles and nations unidentified by us. There were literally several Russian-speaking families. There were literally several Russian-speaking families. The staff speaks excellent German and English. But there is a huge problem with Russian. Animation only in German. We checked in immediately upon arrival early in the morning. Room in the flora building on the second floor. The only drawback is the view from the balcony onto the roof of the restaurant. But we don’t usually use the balcony, so we don’t care. On the balcony there is a clothes dryer, 2 chairs and a table. In different buildings the chairs are different - some are just plastic, some have mattresses. The number corresponds to the photographs. I didn’t like the bed linen - it looked like synthetic, it was very slippery and kept getting bunched up. Disgusting small pillows. Upon check-in, we were given a bar of soap and 2 shampoos for three people. They didn't refill anymore. There is no shower gel. A German friend lived in the Tsveta building. The number is identical to ours. Knocked out 2 bars of soap and 2 shampoos for 4! only on the third day of stay))) Safe is paid - 24 euros for 10 days. Internet is paid and only in Flora's lobby. The food is good. Alcohol is disgusting. Good alcohol is available for a fee. The service in restaurants is good, but often you come across dishes with chips. For my birthday I was given a bottle of cheap wine. For an additional fee, upon request from friends, we organized a table setting in the restaurant with balloons, fireworks, flowers, champagne and cake. The territory is huge, fenced, and there are guards at the entrances. The pools are actually smaller than in the photographs, all quite shallow, located about 100 meters from each other. By the time you find the child, you'll wipe your legs))) We took this hotel also because of the slides. My son is disappointed - the green one is very slow, no one has skated with it, and the yellow one is short - you'll get tired of running back and forth)) I don't know why the Bulgarians call this hotel on the first coast line - in reality it's the second line. To get to the sea you have to cross the road (albeit a quiet one), go past other hotels (really on the first line) and the promenade. The free zone on the beach is still 80 meters away. in general, the sea is close, but in my understanding the first line is different. The hotel is only for families with small children, in my opinion. Young people have nothing to do in the evening. The bar closes at 11:00 p.m., and the lights in the lobby are turned off at 11:30 p.m. No discos or parties on site. There are many events during the day, but they are very quiet. There is a schedule on the board and the animators scatter around the area according to this schedule. No one will invite you to a game or training. If you want, look for yourself where it goes. Or grab the animator and tell him what you want to do - he will organize it. At lunchtime, German families play board games in the bar. drinking beer is somehow inconvenient... but we overcame ourselves))) Golf clubs, balls, balls for Bocha are given for 40 minutes with a deposit of 20 leva. I would like to draw the attention of clients of Rosting, Intercity and those companies whose host will be Teddy-Cam. They don’t say, but meetings with the guide take place only in the Tsvete building. And the folder is there too. If you are in another building, he will not look for you.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days in August 2015 as a family of 2 adults and two children aged 6 and 15 years. This complex belongs to the German hotel system and everything here is set up to receive German tourists, of whom the majority were here. The hotel itself is a combination of three hotels - Rodopi, Tsveti, and Flora, so they have one large common area. There are three large swimming pools and another one with slides. They are free for children, but for adults there is a fee. There are also 3 restaurants, 4 bars, an amphitheater, a children's playground and a playroom with toys, billiard tables, table tennis tables and air hockey. Literally ten meters across the pedestrian path, there is a good sports ground where you can play mini football, volleyball and tennis. The hotel is well located - in the morningliterally 3-4 minutes on foot and you are already on the beach. For us, as a family with children, it was a pleasant surprise that here the entrance to the water was very gentle. You could walk 20-30 meters deep into the sea, and you would still be up to your waist. For the children, it was a pleasure to swim here, and for us, it was peace of mind. And in the evening, if you walk about 10 minutes in the other direction, you will find yourself in the entertainment center - an amusement park. We arrived late in the evening, around nine. We were settled very quickly in the Tsveti building, in a two-room suite. The room had a sofa bed + extra bed (full size), TV, table in one room and two good large beds + wardrobes, table and small refrigerator in the other. Each room has access to a balcony. In addition, there is a bathroom, shower, washbasin and hairdryer. The room was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed every three days. We had no complaints regarding cleaning during the entire period. There is paid wi-fi, which practically did not work in the room and only near the reception there were several places with more or less normal transmission speeds. Nutrition. We lived on an all-inclusive basis. In general, the food was good - there were vegetables and fruits, a variety of salads, pastries, always several types of meat dishes, several side dishes. The monotony of the first courses was a little annoying - it was difficult for the children to choose something after a week of stay. But there was fish, scallops and other seafood. In the bar next to our restaurant during lunch, you could get your children their favorite dishes - pizza and french fries. There were also several types of ice cream to choose from during the day. The pool bar was open from 11 to 18, in the lobby it was open until 24 and then closed, free alcohol until 23, then for a fee. The bar-restaurant next to the other pool near the amphitheater was open until late. We left late at night to put the kids to bed and it was still noisy and inviting. I would like to note the very good work of the animators. They tried to keep their guests busy from morning until evening. And after dinner, every day there were a variety of costume performances and themed shows. In general, apart from some minor details, we were pleased with our stay and can recommend this hotel for couples with children.
