We recently vacationed in Primorye.
In general it’s normal, in particular it’s even funny. It feels like this is the only place that simultaneously combines the presence of a fairly large park area, proximity to the beach and distance from night discos (with the windows closed, you can even sleep, in principle).
I'll put it in order.
1. Accommodation.
I don’t recommend vacationing in Primorye to those who are demanding of comfort. We stayed in building 1, in a “superior comfort” room, and I can say that even in it the only comforts were air conditioning, furniture and a not too small room area. Although the air conditioner hangs very uncomfortable - right above your head - you won’t be able to sleep in the coolness - you’ll catch a cold.
The bathroom is depressing. At a time “when spaceships roam the expanses of the universe” (c) the bathroom is a kennel with a toilet, sink and shower tray, the shower head is plastic, and, apparently, like all plumbing equipment, it is quite old. But, in principle, we are not picky, this did not spoil our vacation, but only slightly amused us :))
2. Service.
Overall - ok. But we need to remind you that it’s time to change the towels. Beach towels are rented for hryvnia per day.
Employees cannot always give answers to questions (in general, what is being done in the boarding house and where to eat is not always easy to find out :))
The elevator operates according to the labor regulations - until 20 o'clock and with a break for lunch.
Hot water on schedule, and a very inconvenient one at that. But within a couple of days we got used to washing with cold water, fortunately the weather was very hot and the water was not icy. It’s just inconvenient with a child - you can’t go anywhere in the evening for a long time, you always need to remember that the water is until 21 o’clock and you need to have time to wash the child.
3. Food
There are no complaints about the food. Not too varied, no frills, but quite tasty and homemade. Kefir-ryazhenka is very tasty, although they are poured into very small “drinks” :) There are few baked goods - and that’s great!!! You won’t get fat (coupled with breaks in the elevator’s operation - this is a big plus!) :)
4. Beach.
We still didn’t understand - our beach, not our beach. In the morning they are allowed in with passes, and towards lunch they let everyone in.
The beach is clean, dotted with awnings. Sunbeds - 25 hryvnia per day, canopy - 40 hryvnia per day. And they are only rented for a day, even if you use them for 2 hours, please pay for the day. Cleverly thought out.
5. The pool is terrible, terrible...
6. Entertainment, sports - we were not interested, because... We had enough excursions and walks around the surrounding area.
7. The territory is very well-groomed and beautiful, well done here!
Something like that. We won't go there a second time.

Good afternoon

I want to tell you about my holiday in TOSK "Primorye" in August 2016. I haven’t seen reviews about “Primorye” often, so I decided to write my own - I hope it will help someone decide where to vacation in Crimea

TOSK "Primorye" is located in Koktebel, Crimea. TOSK is a tourist and recreational sports complex.

***How to get there***

You can get from Simferopol airport by taxi, by bus (they run frequently according to a schedule), or by minibus. You can also get there from the station using the same methods.

We got there by minibus from the airport for 500 rubles. per person (there were 7 people in the autoline, the autoline was comfortable). We bought a return bus ticket for about 230 rubles. per person (and RUR 30 for luggage, it seems).

The drive is about 2 hours from the airport in Simferopol.

***Ticket price***

In August 2016, the cost of the stay was (bought through a friend at a travel agency):

2500 rubles per person per day (subject to double occupancy), including meals.

We rested together for 9 days.

Total: 45,000 rubles.

*** Beach ***

The Primorye Hotel has its own pebble beach. But any tourists are allowed there (for an additional fee, it seems). There are sun loungers on the beach, but of course there are not enough for everyone. There are a lot of people, I saw such a beach in Adler about 13 years ago. It’s better to take a seat in the morning. There are awnings, but they are immediately occupied. I didn’t even worry about the sunbeds - they lay on towels, I love feeling the warmth of the pebbles and such a unique massage)

The beach is clean, there are showers and changing cabins. There are paid toilets (!) on the embankment.

The sea is clean, entry into the water is excellent. There are limiters - buoys. In the morning you can swim further away - I still haven’t seen any rescuers... But at 9-10 o’clock, pleasure boats start sailing, people ride jet skis, so you need to be careful and not swim behind the buoys.

*** Number ***

We lived in a double room. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything is in good condition, everything is cultured and clean. Prepared for the worst

In the room:

TV,

Decanter, plate, glasses,

About the air conditioner - honestly, I don’t remember which one we booked, but in general - we didn’t use it (it doesn’t seem like it was there after all),

Bathroom, shower,

Modern comfortable furniture,

Comfortable wide beds,

Refrigerator (which is very convenient),

Spacious balcony with chairs and table (mmm, you can drink tea in the evening and enjoy the air).

Bed linen and towels are snow-white, changed as stated. I was happy with it, very much so) They clean up normally. The bathroom has a basin for washing clothes.

The room itself is cozy, bright and spacious.

*** Service staff ***

There are no complaints. Everyone is VERY nice, polite and friendly! I was shocked))) Everyone is greeted as dear guests. Everyone, including the cooks, always says hello (even to gloomy vacationers who have just woken up and are rushing to the beach).

*** Additional services at the hotel ***

I'll write about what I used.

You can iron for free in a special room; you will be happy to provide an iron and keys.

You can hand over your laundry for a ridiculous price. I think it's 50 rubles. kilogram. The linen will be washed, dried and given to you in the best possible condition. At first we weren’t going to use it, but then the habit of washing with a machine made itself felt, and I was too lazy to wash it with my hands. Yes, I’m a lazy person. And people earn extra money from this, I didn’t feel sorry for it at all.

In general, with any request you can go to the counter where they hand out the keys - they will listen and explain/help you with everything. They always asked: “How was the room - did you like it?”, “How was your vacation?”, “Did you like everything?”

The area is large, very beautiful and well-groomed. Gardeners work all the time, plants are watered. Roses of different shades and other beautiful flowers grow all around. There are groves of roses. The fence behind which there is a tennis court is entwined with grapes. Lots of conifers and cypresses. After the main hotel building you come to a site where there is a replica of one of the aircraft. I don’t know the name. This is connected with the history of the village

Territory, hotel "Primorye", Koktebel

Territory of the Primorye Hotel

There is a wonderful alley, near which there is a children's playground, and on the alley itself there are benches. Chestnut alley, very beautiful! At the end of the alley there are interesting and unusual figures from Soviet fairy tales. It’s very pleasant to walk. I think the children like it too.

*** Nutrition ***

The food at TOSK "Primorye" is good, there is enough of everything. The dishes are varied, the food is healthy and quite dietary. I really liked it

For breakfast- casserole (very tasty), porridge, cereal with milk, omelet, eggs and much more...

For lunch- be sure to have soup, a good selection of main courses, salads.

For dinner- main courses, salads, buns/cookies, kefir, yogurt.

The only thing I can complain about is this:

If they give you fruit, there is little of it (as if they are sorry), and for some reason they give you chopped apples and bananas, which turn dark. This problem can be solved - go to the market and buy whatever you want

For breakfast, the pieces of cheese and sausage are very small - it’s even funny somehow (again, as if they’re regretting it),

It is better to give yogurt and kefir not for dinner, but, for example, an hour or 2 after it (as in a sanatorium).

But in general, the food is much better than in Turkey/Egypt, for example, since it suits us better)))

*** Hotel location ***

The location is great. Everything is close, you can choose entertainment for every taste!

From TOSK "Primorye" you can go out to the embankment and walk in one direction or the other. I looked at all the hotels that passed by - I decided that the beach at the Primorye boarding house was the cleanest and most pleasant, the location of the building from the beach was the best.

If you leave the boarding house and go left, in just 5-10 minutes you can find yourself at the dolphinarium - you don’t even need to go anywhere! I advise everyone to visit the wonderful dolphinarium. On both sides of the boarding house along the embankment there are a bunch of cafes (various, there are also clubs with discos), canteens, counters with souvenirs and delicacies. On the embankment along the sea they paint portraits, sell jewelry, tell fortunes, draw tattoos, braid hair - in general, everyone will find something to have fun and where to put their money))) In the evening there are a lot of people, people just flow in a stream.

Another plus of the boarding house’s location is that one of the attractions of Crimea, the Golden Gate, is nearby. Surely, many have seen the image on souvenirs/magnets. The excursion on a “pirate” boat to the Golden Gate is very exciting, plus it includes swimming in the open Black Sea.

Golden Gate, Koktebel - trip from TOSK "Primorye"

From the boarding house you can go into the city, then it’s easy to find any store. Nearby (the town is small) there is a market and a bus station (go left from the boarding house). You can return through the embankment, if desired. There is amazing marshmallow on the market!!!))) I ate it too much) The shops have everything. During our vacation, we even had to go to the dentist. They received us very well; to find her, we also had to go left from the hotel, about 10-15 minutes.

*** Animation, entertainment ***

On the territory of the Primorye Hotel there is a club, in it: a small library, a storage room, billiards and board games (backgammon, chess, checkers). Everything is free.

And the boarding house even has animation!) Which is very nice) Designed mainly for children, but there is also something for adults. For children every day there is archery (adults can also come), handicraft master classes in the “children's house”, and a children's disco. For adults: small exercises (10 minutes) early in the morning on the seashore, water aerobics in the pool, yoga. Maybe there was something else)

In "Primorye" there is also a cinema (summer). It was exactly visible from our room. I don’t recommend the cinema: tickets are like a real cinema (200-300 rubles), but the films are of the quality of “Joy Casino dot com”)))

*** Excursions ***

You can choose any excursion, it’s not difficult at all. There is a booth by the beach, and there are also just stands where they always invite people on excursions. There are no problems with this. Departures are possible to any place on the Crimean peninsula. From the sanatorium itself, a couple of times a week, it seems, you can go hiking to Mount Voloshin. The tour is free.

*** General impression ***

For me, a stay at the Primorye boarding house justified the price-quality ratio of service. I was pleasantly surprised by almost everything (maybe because I was expecting the worst, since I was warned that everything in Crimea is far from new, and a good level in hotels has not yet been reached). I liked everything! I remember my vacation with joy and want to return to Crimea

Thank you all for your attention! Have a nice trip!

If you have any questions, write, I will definitely answer

In Vladivostok, the Primorye-3 transport corridor will open the way to China not only for transit cargo transportation, but also for tourists. Anyone can use the new high-speed highway and the huge bridge across the Amur Bay, reports RIA VladNews.

Today, getting to China or transporting any cargo to China is not an easy task. Often the trip can take a long time; the average delivery time is 10 days. And even the new one in Suifunhe is unlikely to solve this problem, since getting to it is not easy.

Primorye-3 is one of the projects that will be presented to investors during the Eastern Economic Forum. The new transport network through the VKAD will connect Vladivostok with the Peschany Peninsula and the village of Barabash. At the same time, the new international transport corridor is one of the most promising in the region: while the length of its “colleagues” reaches 240 km, the length of the future road is only 65 km. Not only is it three times shorter, its construction will also be several times cheaper.

According to the project, a high-speed railway could also become part of the new transport corridor. City administration specialists do not exclude the possibility that trains will be able to travel to China through the Amur Bay with both cargo and tourists. The road may become a toll road; much depends on the investor who will undertake the implementation of a large-scale project.

VKAD and Primorye-3 are designed not only to improve the road situation. All projects that will be presented by the city administration at the Eastern Economic Forum set a new planning framework for Vladivostok, the Vladivostok cross-border agglomeration and the free port of Vladivostok,” noted the head of the city, Igor Pushkarev, during a meeting on preparation for the EEF.

“Primorye-3” is the next step towards the successful development of the Free Port. It is the solution to the transport problem that will improve the efficiency of Vladivostok ports and attract business here: the coastal capital will also become a transshipment point for international cargo that transits to Asia. The transport corridor will function effectively in the conditions of the Free Port, in conjunction with tax benefits and customs preferences.

Sosolja – M.

We vacationed with our family in Primorye (Koktebel) for 15 days. We tuned in to the specifics of holidays in Russia and were ready for the nuances. Overall I liked it. We lived in a cottage, 2-room suite. Normal renovation, good furniture, everything you need is there: air conditioning, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, kettle, cups, glasses, beach towels... I didn't have enough hangers in the closet. Linen was changed every 5 days, wet cleaning was about the same, towels were provided as needed. The trash was taken out daily. The bed was not made. The territory is large. many rose bushes, various coniferous plants. Gardeners are trying to improve the flower beds. But there are also neglected areas. Several buildings are abandoned. There is a court for basketball, football, tennis, but the surface is old asphalt, you can break your legs ((On the territory there are 2 swimming pools - children's and adult + jacuzzi. The water is cold both there and there. There is a bar (tea, coffee, cold hibiscus, lemon drink). The beach is urban, small pebbles, sun loungers are free with a bracelet. Quite clean, there are designated smoking areas. No one lies next to you and smokes, which was a pleasant surprise. children's animation: dances, songs. The girls are trying. Dining room. Buffet. Several types of meals: breakfast, breakfast-dinner, 3 meals a day. The food is like in kindergarten:)) The cooks and staff are trying their best, thanks to them! For breakfast, 2 types of porridge, cottage cheese casserole, omelet, boiled egg, dumplings with potatoes or pasta, sausages, buckwheat, bread, cheese, butter, tea, coffee. For lunch, soup, chicken broth, croutons, side dishes, cutlets (aka meatballs, zrazy, etc.), sometimes pork chops, chicken. Dinner: the same as for lunch, but without soup, + kefir, pastries, porridge... No one went hungry, you can always choose something, especially for children it’s easiest! There is a kiosk on site where you can purchase excursions. The prices are affordable. Children under 5 years old are free almost everywhere. Its own medical center is open 24 hours a day. Friendly paramedics will always give practical advice and help if necessary. Near the complex there are several canteens ("Lozhka", "Rybka", "Stolovka", etc.), cafes, a liquor store, and all sorts of entertainment for children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But I can wish you development and customer focus. There is no limit to perfection!

Everything is fine. The food is good, there is also food for children (4 and 5 years old). There was no hairdryer or safe in the room. I don't change towels every day. Overall 4

Crimea greeted us with sun, clear sea and smiling people. July 2018. We arrived early, at 8:00. Check-in is at 12:00. Did you think what to do? But nothing, the girl at the reception saw that the cottage was clean, gave us the keys and wished us a pleasant stay. Cottage 2 rooms, clean, renovated. Balcony with furniture for evening gatherings. Very cozy and comfortable. Let's go to the sea, the territory of TOSK Primorye is 11 hectares. Everything is well maintained, there are roses all around. Cleanliness and beauty!!! The sea is clean (5 minutes to the sea). There were free sun loungers for us (very nice), then we went to the pool with a jacuzzi (for children and adults). Free towels and cool drinks (another bonus). We went to the dining room to eat (we bought it immediately with three meals a day "buffet"). The choice is wonderful, everything is delicious, I liked it. We ate from our stomachs. On site there is billiards, a sauna, a gym and a barbecue area. And of course Koktebel itself - sea, sun and mountains. Only mountains can be better than mountains!!! We went to the Solnechnaya Dolina wine factory. I was very impressed, especially the tasting of 10 varieties of wine... I recommend TOSK Primorye to everyone, you won’t regret it. Really cool. I remember my vacation in Crimea with particular warmth.

We vacationed with my wife from July 22 to August 1, 2018. Pleasantly surprised by the service. Transfer-comfortable delivery to the doors of the building. clean, well-groomed, bedding was changed almost every day. Very convenient location of the beach, right at the exit from the territory. The service in the dining room was especially amazing! Varied menu, something new every day. Stewed and fresh vegetables constantly. Always deliciously prepared meat dishes, fish, and a variety of salads. In the evening - dairy products. And with all this diversity and large number of people, there are no queues. With a long duration of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all dishes were always in abundance. The guest book in the dining room is full of thanks! The downside is the poor decor in the dining room and buildings. The beach area was filled to capacity, although there was always enough space and sunbeds were brought upon request. Overall the rating is a solid 5

Love – Nizhny Novgorod

We vacationed in July 2018. We lived in the 2nd building in a 2-room suite. Towels were changed regularly according to schedule; wet cleaning in the room was not carried out every day. Toiletries were provided in a timely manner. Very nice closed, clean and well-groomed area, magnificent rose garden. There is a swimming pool on site, but there were not always enough seats around the pool. The location to the sea is wonderful, the beach is clean, the minus is that there are many smoking areas that are located directly on the beach! For a non-smoker and a vacationer with a child, it is unpleasant; smoking areas should be located away from the beach. The food in the dining room is varied, always fresh vegetables and fruits, and when the dish ran out, fresh ones were promptly brought. The only thing is that there are few dairy products; only rice and cottage cheese casserole is made from cottage cheese. Within walking distance there is an embankment, a water park, a dolphinarium, attractions, and shopping tents. Regarding the children’s illness, I agree, they encountered an intestinal infection, which is not pleasant!

Natalia – Ulyanovsk

We rested in July 2018 in the 2nd building. I was immediately disappointed by the lack of an elevator; we had to drag our suitcases to the 3rd floor. In a double room with extra. There was no third place prepared for the child at night, they brought a broken cot, then another, there was no set of towels, they brought it later. And all this fuss at one in the morning, although check-in is during the day - everything should be ready. It just horrified me - the dryer in a damp toilet. The morning began with walking around the administration asking for conditions for drying wet laundry. In the end, thanks to the accountant Olga (the director left), who quickly resolved the issue and the carpenter pulled the ropes outside the window. Location to the sea 5+, well-groomed area, lots of roses, acceptable food. I advise you to go to building 1; when moving into the 2nd building, be prepared for economic problems: there is no reception, and there is no control over the maids either. Overall - a solid 4, but due to savings on qualified personnel. I don’t recommend it with children until the problem with the treatment facilities in Koktebel is solved - there are many cases of illness in children.

Anna – Moscow

In July 2018, my husband and I vacationed in this wonderful place. Well-groomed large area, security, free parking. The rooms are constantly cleaned, clean, and a towel is provided for the beach. The dining room has very attentive staff, a lot of different dishes, always melon and watermelon, fresh vegetables. It is a pity that many vacationers take advantage of the fact that the food is organized as a buffet and put large portions on their plates. The animators worked well with children and adults. The beach had a plus for us - free sun loungers, but we would have liked to have our own section of the beach. THANK YOU very much to the staff for a great holiday. We will be happy to come again!

Pavel – Omsk

Family holiday. We rested from July 4 to July 20, 2018, 2 adults and two children aged 8 and 15 years. Administration at the reception. Upon arrival by plane from Omsk to the hotel, we were accommodated in 2 rooms on the 5th floor in 1 building. The male administrator said that the elevator might not be working and we had to lift our things manually into our rooms. It later turned out that the elevator was working. In general, we were prepared for any everyday problems and therefore were in a positive mood. At the same time, we contacted another administrator several times, but did not receive clear answers. For example, I asked where the volleyball court was located, I was told, since animation programs are carried out by animators, it would be better for me to contact them. In general, repeatedly passing by administrators in the foyer, I noticed that for some reason they were always busy, even when there were no people near them, they wouldn’t raise their heads, they didn’t say hello right away, but there should be a friendly attitude towards guests, because they are at work . And it doesn’t matter that during 17 days of staying in the bathroom the light bulb burned out 6 times, because the most important thing is your own positive attitude. The location of the complex in the village of Koktebetel is one of the best - everything is within walking distance: a dolphinarium, an aquarium, a water park, a market, shops, tents, restaurants, canteens. The beach is located 100 meters from the building. Sunbeds and canopies are included in the price of the tour, but I think it is necessary to optimize its operation, since everyone has access to the beach; there are a lot of people during the holiday season. The pool is located in a good place heated by the sun; during the holiday season, I think it is possible to increase the number of sun loungers by the pool (so that all guests have enough space) and streamline the issuance of towels to guests (as long as whoever comes first gets it). Dining room. The food was tasty, but monotonous. During the holiday season I would like to have more fruits (in 17 days there were watermelons only once at lunch). Territory. The territory of the complex is large, guarded, no outsiders are allowed in, there is a place to walk and sit. Animation. Animators need to be more creative because that's their job. For example, it’s raining outside, there should be a mini disco for the children on time, don’t cancel it, but hold another activity in the children’s room. And you don’t have to be afraid that during water aerobics the rain will wet the speakers and therefore don’t turn on the music, but have a plan “B” for this case. Room cleaning. During our stay in No. 514, No. 515, the balconies were not cleaned at all; cobwebs and pistachios remained from the previous owners. The maid is generally something with something, she never says hello, she turns away when she sees us, once she came from the sea and asked her if you took out the trash, she never got an answer until I looked for myself. In general, I think that on the whole our family vacation was a success, because what you set yourself up for is what you get.

A great place to relax for both family and a group of friends. Excellent rooms, delicious and varied food in the dining room. Swimming pool, sauna, sea 5 minutes walk from the sanatorium. I give it 5+

Alexander – Orekhovo-Zuevo

We vacationed with the whole family from August 21 to August 31, 2017. Building 1 is modern and beautiful. The elevator worked smoothly. The deluxe room is comfortable, spacious, 2 rooms. Cleaning, change of linen, towels - everything on time, as expected. The territory is a large park, there is a swimming pool, a gym, billiards, and children's playgrounds. The sea is very close, 3 minutes from the building, the beach is public, but for tourists in Primorye, sunbeds under a canopy are free, and no matter what time you arrive, there are always free ones. The food is a buffet, there is not much variety, but it was enough for us and it was tasty. In general, an excellent combination of price and quality! We liked it and are going there next year.

Natalia – Karelia

We rested at the Primorye tourist complex in August 2016. A quiet complex for families with children. Since there is no transfer, which everyone is used to abroad, you can get there by taxi from Simferopol airport. Taxi drivers ask from 3,000 rubles. Or take a regular bus from the bus station. This is real extreme. The queues at the ticket office are kilometer long. We arrived at about 15.00 and there were no bus tickets for all remaining flights. We persuaded the driver to take us for a fee. As a result, there were about 10 more people crammed into the groove, riding on each other’s heads. Everything was spelled out in the voucher, building 1, the presence of air conditioning in the room, all-inclusive meals. If you don’t want scandals, be sure to check what’s written on your ticket. There were often scandals when people demanded rooms with air conditioning, but this was not stated in their vouchers. Also, if having a balcony is important to you, then you need to book a ticket to building No. 1. Check-in strictly in accordance with the voucher. The rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are no different from similar Turkish ones, TV, refrigerator, shower, carpet, everything is simple and old. There is no hairdryer. All rooms in building 1 have a balcony; in building 2 there are very few rooms with a balcony. They cleaned well every day except Sunday. Towels are changed after 3 days, linen after 5. Toilet paper is provided only if you ask. I just don’t know about cases that are cheaper. The territory of the tourist complex is huge and cool! A lot of greenery and flowers, roses, spruce, pine. In the evening you can meet hedgehogs. Everything is well maintained and clean. Large children's playground. The sea is close to any building. The elevators in the building do not work well. One did not work at all all the time. The other worked only during the day. “All inclusive” in Crimea is not at all the same “all inclusive” as, for example, in Turkey. There are no beach towels. There are very few towels at the pool. The pool is shallow. In the August heat you can get boiled there, because there are only 2-3 umbrellas, and they are broken and just periodically blown off by the wind and fly towards vacationers. The beach is a different story. Firstly, you need to be prepared in advance that the Primorye beach is public. That is, the whole of Koktebel sunbathes there and from time to time there was simply nowhere to lie down. For all-inclusive vacationers, cards are issued that can be used to get a sunbed on the beach. For non-vacationers, the cost of a sunbed is 150 rubles. There is a shadow gallery. There are no umbrellas. The entire beach is lined with stationary rubber awnings, which are not available to vacationers of the tourist complex and are paid for by everyone - 250 rubles. Since few people buy these canopies, they and the places under them are empty, and people huddle wherever they can in the remaining space. The lack of basic umbrellas was simply killing me - half of my family tolerates the sun well, and the other needs shade. Therefore, we spent time on the beach separately, I in the shady gallery, the family in the open sun. There is no own toilet, as we are used to abroad, toilets are paid - from 15 rubles. The sea is cold and dirty. We arrived, the water was +26, but in the morning it immediately became +18. I don’t know what kind of cold currents there are, but for almost the entire 2 weeks of our vacation in August, the water did not rise above 22 degrees. Entrance to the dining room is again using cards, this time using different ones, their code is constantly read at the entrance. There are no pick-me-ups or all-inclusive Turkish options here. The food is ordinary. This was a big plus for me. Normal healthy homemade food. For breakfast there are porridges, usually two to choose from, and muesli. For lunch there are wonderful homemade soups. Mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat, various cutlets. No one had any problems feeding their children; all children eat this. I was also pleased with the presence of compotes for lunch, although sometimes diluted to the point of water. The main disadvantage of the canteen will be understood by anyone who at least once approaches the food stands: they put 5-10 cutlets on trays, a couple of mashed potatoes, etc. One man comes up and takes everything. The rest are waiting for the next game. After a few days, this standing around waiting can drive you crazy. There are almost no salads. There are basically no sweets. The only fruits were sour apples and equally sour grapes. Finely planed melon and watermelon were laid out a couple of times. Whoever had time, ate it. There is a medical center on the territory and there is always a doctor during the day and a nurse on duty at night. Many thanks to them, they came to the rescue when, after swallowing sea water, the child received vomiting and diarrhea. Entertainment, as everywhere else, is water (cheesecake boats, catamarans, parachute flights, boats that will take you to the Golden Gate. Everything is not cheap. Nearby is the Koktebel water park, the price from 14.00 to 18.00 is 1200 rubles per person. At the same time, at 17.30 they ask you to get ready There are many excursions to Sevastopol, Feodosia, Bakhchisarai, and other cities, to monasteries, hiking and boat trips to the Karadgsky reserve. All this also requires considerable expenses. The price of fruits was simply killer, apples cost 120 rubles per kilogram. just a miracle. It’s not for nothing that Koktebel is considered a paradise for asthmatics. But, perhaps, we won’t come to Crimea anymore. The price has gone very far from the quality. It’s not worth it.

I vacationed with my son (10 years old) in June 2016. I really liked the room (it's more like 4 stars: very clean, beautiful, nice balcony, gorgeous view from the room). I really liked the garden (I give all 5 stars): gorgeous roses of different types the size of a man, cedar, cypress trees, blue spruce, silver trees, etc., etc.). Medical care is good. The food is good, tasty, but for 3 stars there is not enough variety and quantity (because of this there is a lot of discussion among vacationers about who took more cutlets, etc.). I think that in this case it is possible to create just an ordinary canteen with ordinary distribution (it is not necessary to repeat everything after Turkey and Europe, they have their own pros and cons, we have ours).

We rested at TOSK "Primorye" from June 6 to June 20, 2016. The price-quality ratio is somewhat overpriced. The food is acceptable, the chefs try to prepare a variety of dishes from a minimum of ingredients. For our taste, the porridges were too sweet and there were very few fish dishes (by the way, although there is a belief that there is little fish in the Black Sea, other boarding houses and sanatoriums somehow get out of the situation)). But here all the questions are for the management. Apparently, the name “camp site” does not imply such improvements. Service is good. The distribution staff is polite and attentive. We rested in Korpus-1. We chose a room on the 4th floor (there is an elevator). Orthopedic problems did not allow us to use the compressed old mattress on the bed. Upon request to change the mattress, they changed the number. The mattress in the room on the first floor was much better, but the dampness and cold aggravated the problems with arthrosis. We tried to dry the air with an air conditioner, which immediately broke down. They repaired it quickly, but the problem was not completely resolved. When the weather improved, clouds of mosquitoes appeared:((Ventilation in the toilet rooms can barely cope with the humidity after taking a shower (in both rooms). Very weak WiFi. Only in the lobby and on the street near the building. Free drinks are really like “vinegar for free ". The coffee drink from the machines does not resemble coffee in color, taste or smell, unfortunately. I REALLY liked the well-kept park and the fact that the territory is guarded. Special THANKS to the maids. As a wish, I would like a public laundry (so you can throw it in the washing machine yourself your underwear))) Out of 5 we’ll give it a 3. There is something to work on. We wish success to ALL employees! To the management for the correct distribution of funds;) And of course - adequate vacationers! For tourists - everything you expect;) HAVE A GOOD REST!

We vacationed with my husband and 2-year-old daughter in June 2015. The area was well maintained and there was children's animation. Not a bad pool. The food is very weak!!! The only fruits available are apples of an unknown type, and the drinks in the bar are also of poor quality. The beach is open, and essentially anyone could get there. Overall 3+

We were on vacation with a friend. I really liked it - passive relaxation, wonderful, respectful staff, neat room cleaning, clean beach, varied food. In 2016, we will only go there with our families.

Natalia – Krasnoyarsk

I rested in September 2015. Everything was very good. The room is good, daily cleaning. Dietary food (buffet), very tasty coffee in unlimited quantities. Polite staff. I didn’t see any dirty dishes, the staff constantly moves between tables and clears all the plates. I haven't heard about poisoning. The only thing they said was to be careful with the sea, the stick is still present. Before the storm, the sea was not very clean, but after 2 days of the storm, the water became perfectly clear. Of the minuses - there is no algae in the sea on the hotel beach, which practically does not smell of iodine (that is, that same sea aroma!) I advise you to definitely go for a swim in the village of Novy Svet. It's magical there. The hotel area is large and very beautiful, with many roses.

We vacationed at TOK Primorye in June 2011. I really liked it. Excellent food. Nice clean and well maintained beach. There was enough room for everyone. The territory is fenced. There are no strangers. Excellent playground and entertainment three times a day for children. Whoever writes that it’s very bad there, don’t believe it! We lived for 27 days in a German building. The rooms are nice and big.

Galina – Donetsk

We only had a week off this year from July 11th. Everything is wonderful, the food is excellent, the staff is polite, the beach is excellent, we will come again. Very pleased!

Hello! My husband and I went to Koktebel in TOSK \"Primorye\" in 2007. I would like to ask those who have been there recently - this or the past, how is it there now? The last time we were in Primorye, we basically liked it - firstly, the sea is close, secondly, the nature is beautiful and in general Koktebel makes a pleasant impression. I didn’t like the fact that until the morning the music was playing in the cafe next to the boarding house, and the fact that the prices in the village are impossible to understand, they are not that high, it’s just that taxi drivers and sellers in the markets call them whatever God knows. today one thing, tomorrow another, in five minutes - a third. The boarding house itself is pleasant, everything in our room was in order, the food was normal. The excursions are interesting, but long, and not for everyone. This year we want to visit Koktebel again, who visited last or this year - write what you recommend?

Ivan – Nizhny Novgorod

Svetlana – Moscow
