And when I called the insurance service, they told me that a car would come and they would take me to the hospital and get help there. Of course, it was all done quickly and I had no problems with it. At the hospital, they also did everything for me and I felt much better, but there was a big problem: they didn’t know the Russian language and it’s good that my boyfriend knew the language a little and tried to explain something, but still he couldn’t understand something.

Therefore, of course, it is necessary that the tour operator has a translator for such cases, it will be very useful.
