Holidays in July where to go. Where to go on vacation in July. What food options are hot tours

It should be borne in mind that every year more and more varieties of the all inclusive system are offered - Mini all inclusive, Max inclusive, Ultra All inclusive. Another caveat: Full Board is a full board, that is, breakfast + lunch + dinner, alcohol is paid separately. And the ALL system - three meals a day + local alcohol + the possibility of snacks: lunch, afternoon tea, barbecue, cocktails and snacks on the beach, a nightly dinner. You should be aware that the number of hotel stars directly determines the features of the all-inclusive meal option.

What food options do hot tours come with?

So, if you buy an all-inclusive package with accommodation in a hotel of the category:

  • 2 * or 3 *, then the package will include three meals a day (buffet) and local drinks, you will have to pay extra for imported alcohol. In budget hotels, the most common service option is mini all inclusive, which allows you to enjoy the service only from 10.00-21.00.
  • 4*, you will be able to count on a generous table (three times a day) with an extensive menu and the possibility of an additional choice of second breakfast or late dinner, as well as drinks and local alcohol. You will be glad to see you in the bar from 7.00 to 00.00.
  • 5 *, then you will be able to appreciate all the advantages of the Ultra All inclusive system - these are enhanced features of the standard all-inclusive service. Premium class service is offered to guests by luxurious hotels in Sharm el-Sheikh, Dahab, Antalya, Alanya, Kemer and other famous resorts in Turkey and Egypt.

Summer is in full swing, which means that the most interesting time has come, and it's time to go on a trip. In July, you can relax almost anywhere, well, maybe you should exclude a few countries in which the combination of heat and high humidity will not bring pleasure.

The main list of countries and tourist destinations in July is not much different from June, which can be found in the article "".

I do not want to repeat myself and will dwell in more detail only on some areas that, according to experts from the travel industry and analysts of well-known travel sites, have aroused increased interest among Russians this summer.

As always, July is mostly a beach holiday. 38% voted for it (according to VTsIOM data), 25% of Russians want to improve their cultural level, learn new places and sights, 21% want to improve their health in sanatoriums, and 17% want to simply go around the expanses of their homeland and abroad with a backpack.

As for children's recreation: this summer, 12% of the number of parents surveyed plan to send their children to rest in children's camps, 17% to the dacha, 12% to the Black Sea, 2% to hikes, 9% to other places, boundary - 7%. But, unfortunately, a lot of children will stay at home - 37%.

Contrary to tradition, when we mainly considered options for holidays abroad, today we will talk about holidays in July with children at Russian beach resorts and, above all, resorts on the Black Sea coast and Crimea, as well as in other cities of our country.

So, what to choose: the resorts of the Kuban, Crimea or holidays abroad?

Whatever the reasons, the number of Russians wishing to visit Crimea this summer has risen markedly. Attempts to compare Sochi and Crimea in terms of the number of people who want to relax in them and presenting them as two competing tourist destinations are hardly appropriate.

Many Russian resorts on the Black Sea coast and the Sea of Azov with wonderful beaches are attractive for children. Such arguments are put forward in favor of Crimea - a cleaner sea, beautiful nature, historical sights and, for now, lower prices.

The advantages of Sochi are a calmer political situation, a developed tourist infrastructure, it is easier to get to the resorts, and many are attracted by the new Olympic venues.

If we compare, for example, with the most popular summer holiday destination with children - with Turkey in terms of price-quality ratio, then this comparison is not yet in favor of the Russian resort.

The difficulty lies in the fact that there are still very few package offers in Crimea. And paying separately for accommodation, transfer and flight (even with cheap air transportation, which is not always possible), the cost of the tour is the same as in Turkey, and sometimes more expensive. Unfortunately, most of the cost of the rest is “eaten up” by travel.

But not everything is so gloomy. Experts assure that there is a good tourism potential in Crimea: a unique healing climate, a large number of beaches (560) and their great length (more than 500 kilometers), an interesting history of the peninsula, no problems with paperwork for departure. And over time, this resort region will be able to compete with Turkey, Egypt and other resorts abroad.

Where to relax with children in the Crimea?

Much attention is paid to the organization of children's recreation in the Crimean camps this summer. On the website of the Government of the Russian Federation it is reported that in the summer in the Crimea more than 33 thousand children will be able to improve their health and relax at the expense of budgetary funds.

Rest in the best new generation children's camps in the Crimea, which are part of the Terra Unique network of developing camps: "Mandarin" and "I & Camp" (the resort village of Peschanoe, 60 km from Sevastopol and 65 km from Simferopol airport) and "Kakadu" (Yevpatoria) - attracts those who like to relax creatively, brightly and comfortably.

The conditions in these modern camps are approximately the same: 5 meals a day, rooms with private facilities, well-maintained good beaches, a swimming pool, water slides. The child can be sent on vacation for any number of days that you need. The average price per day (food and accommodation) ranges from 1000 to 3200 rubles.

Estimated prices per shift (17 days) in some popular children's camps (without fare):

  • "Mandarin" and "I & Camp" (Peschanoe village) - 36-43 thousand rubles
  • "Cartoon" (Peschanoe village) - 28-36 thousand rubles
  • Kakadu (the village of Zaozernoye, Evpatoria) - 30-37 thousand rubles
  • "Crystal" (Alushta) - 25 thousand rubles
  • "Artek" (p. Gurzuf) - 21-48 thousand rubles.

The most expensive tours are in July.

You can have a good rest, traveling with the whole family to the cities of Crimea or sitting by the sea in one of its resorts, some of which are in the top thirty best beach places in Russia. According to the rating of the cost of summer vacations, conducted by the Travel.ru website, these are Feodosia (famous for wonderful sandy beaches), Evpatoria (a resort for families with children of any age), Sevastopol, Yalta, Sudak and Gurzuf.

"Excursion" in the Crimea is also extremely interesting for both adults and children: the palaces of Livadia and Alupka, Bakhchisaray and Massandra, the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, the Swallow's Nest, the monuments of Sevastopol, canyons, bays and waterfalls.

And if we add to this the Yalta water park "Blue Bay" and the zoo "Fairy Tale", in Evpatoria - "Dinopark", "Tropic Park", the Milk Sea tram (village tram), "Clown's House", "Dolphinarium", the most the largest water park of Crimea - "Banana Republic Aquaparkos", in Feodosia - the Karadag dolphinarium, in Sevastopol - the water park "Zurbagan", the dolphinarium and the Sevastopol aquarium, in Kerch - an ostrich farm - your children will be happy from such an abundance of interesting entertainment.

And one more feature of the current summer season, which makes holidays in Crimea profitable, is that tempting special offers have been created for tourists, discounts on air tickets, new interesting tourist routes are being developed, and more and more all-inclusive offers have begun to appear.

The best prices for tours to Crimea

How much does a ticket to Crimea cost?

The main part of tourists (65%) used to come by car or by train. Now, as an alternative, vacationers are offered ferry and air services.

The most convenient and fastest, no doubt, the plane. From June 1 to October 31, 2014, flights from Russian cities (today there are already 33) to Simferopol will be operated at a good discount and at a special rate. And right from the airport, comfortable buses will take tourists anywhere: to Sevastopol, Yalta, Evpatoria or Feodosia.

True, it is no longer possible to buy a ticket for two, three, four thousand now, because cheap tickets were sold out at the end of May.

The appearance of the Russian low-cost airline has increased the chances of a cheap holiday in Crimea. Naturally, the cheapest tickets (from 999 rubles one way) have long been sold out, and the fewer days remain until the end of the summer season (flights will be operated until September 20), the faster the number of tickets with good fares decreases.

Ferries (departure around the clock with an interval of 30 minutes from the port of "Caucasus" to the port of "Crimea" and back) and high-speed catamarans "Sochi-1" and "Sochi-2", which deliver tourists along the route "Anapa - Kerch" and "port Kavkaz-Kerch". The fare on a catamaran, of course, is more expensive than on a ferry (instead of 162 rubles - 1000 rubles), but it is faster and there are fewer queues (although you can’t cross with a car on a catamaran).

And from June 1, high-speed catamarans entered the route Anapa - Feodosia - Yalta. From Anapa to Yalta can be reached in 6.5 hours and 3 hours from Anapa to Feodosia. Ticket prices: Anapa - Yalta - 2.7 thousand rubles, Anapa - Feodosia - 1.5 thousand rubles, Feodosia - Yalta - 1.2 thousand rubles. Children under 6 years old can travel free of charge, and children from 6 to 12 years old can travel for half the cost of an adult ticket.

The schedule of ferries and catamarans can be found on the website of the "Unified Transport Directorate".

Resorts of the Krasnodar Territory

Among the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, Anapa and Gelendzhik are traditionally the most in demand for families with children.

This year, new facilities and new opportunities that have appeared in Sochi after the Olympics are very attractive for vacationers.

The number of hotel complexes has increased and, accordingly, the number of rooms of varying degrees of comfort and prices: from inexpensive 3 * hotels to luxury "fives". For families, you can rent apartments.

Accordingly, the price range is large. You can stay for 300-500 rubles a day in a mini-hotel, or you can, for example, for 8 thousand rubles a day in a 5 * hotel.

In addition, the popular all-inclusive holiday format is now increasingly common in Sochi hotels.

Sochi novelties

Built around the Sochi Olympic Park, the Imeretinsky resort area is a novelty of this summer season. 3-5 * hotels provide quality service and comfortable conditions, animation, spa centers. On the territory of the resort there is a new long embankment, a wide pebble beach.

And next to the Olympic Park is the recently opened Sochi-Park theme park, which is a must-see for all city guests and, first of all, children.

Right on the territory of the amusement park, the Bogatyr Hotel is located, stylized as a medieval castle and decorated with fabulous interiors, the opening of which took place at the end of June.

The hotel accepts children of any age, the approximate cost of accommodation with breakfast for 1 person is from 3450 rubles per day.

New opportunities have appeared for those living in luxurious hotels in Krasnaya Polyana, built for winter recreation. In June, the summer season started here. And this is a good rest at lower prices, visiting cable cars, walking along picturesque mountain paths, and having fun in water parks.

And for those who are accustomed to active recreation, the resort organizes mountain and city bike rental, horseback riding, health tourist routes, sports programs for adults and children, fun and healthy sports games.

In July, you can become a member of the excursion “Evening Sochi. Olympic Park” and visit the “Fisht” stadium, where the colorful opening of the Olympics and its no less bright closing took place. You can get to Krasnaya Polyana from Adler for only 112 rubles on the high-speed train "Lastochka".

Transport accessibility is another advantage of the Krasnodar resorts. Very quickly and conveniently you can get to Gelendzhik, Sochi (2 hours from Moscow and 3 hours from St. Petersburg), Anapa and Krasnodar by plane. The cost of tickets (July prices) from Moscow to Sochi - from 10,574 rubles (round trip), from St. Petersburg - from 12,055 rubles per person.

It can also be reached by train, bus, car or sea.

  • the village of Nebug (Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory) with the famous dolphinarium
  • cities: Yeysk, Taganrog, Taman, the village of Golubitskaya and the village of Dolzhanskaya (Sea of Azov)
  • Divnomorskoye and Dzhanhot (villages near Gelendzhik) are a wonderful place for a quiet relaxing holiday
  • Kabardinka, Lazarevskoye, Vityazevo - popular resorts of the Krasnodar Territory
  • Adler (Black Sea coast of the Caucasus)

Anapa has all the conditions for an ideal children's holiday (within the city there are a large number of children's health facilities, a lot of entertainment, no sweltering heat, comfortable water temperature and affordable prices).

From children's camps, Orlyonok (Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory) attracts the attention of parents. Accommodation in it, according to experts, for a shift (21 days) will cost from 45 to 65 thousand rubles, plus the cost of a ticket to Tuapse from Moscow (9500-9900 rubles).

I wrote more about the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory for me in one of my previous articles.

And, of course, in addition to the well-known and beloved resorts of the South of Russia, there are other places for a beach holiday in our country.

Resorts and beaches of the Baltic Sea

Zelenogradsk

This is an old seaside resort (formerly a royal resort) on the Baltic Sea, located 30 kilometers from Kaliningrad at the very beginning of the Curonian Spit. The peak of the swimming season falls just in mid-July (the water temperature at this time is + 20 ° C).

The water warms up quickly, a flat flat bottom, golden beaches, a mild climate, its mineral springs, sea air saturated with minerals and iodine, beneficial mud, the absence of heat and a sharp change in time zones and climate - all this makes holidays with children in Zelenogradsk useful and healthy.

curonian spit

This is a sandy peninsula, which stretches for 98 kilometers from Zelenogradsk to Lithuanian Klaipeda. The spit separates the Curonian Lagoon with fresh water from the Baltic Sea and is a unique national park with pine, spruce and deciduous forests, sand dunes and flowering meadows.

And most importantly, for which tourists love this resort - clean sandy beaches of great length.

Svetlogorsk

Another well-known resort on the Baltic Sea with white sandy beaches, where residents and guests of the city relax all summer.

If you're lucky, on the beaches you can find pieces of solar amber, which this summer, due to strong winds, washed ashore in large quantities by waves.

And one more good news: the repair of the funicular has ended (it has not worked for several years), with the help of which tourists can go down to the city beach directly from the railway station for 25 rubles.

In the Kaliningrad region, more than 250 hotels, recreation centers, hotels and sanatoriums, including 17 children's health camps, have been prepared to accommodate guests.

Lake beaches of Karelia

Residents of big cities, especially metropolitan regions, love to relax in these beautiful places. The best time to visit Karelia is June-September. There are a lot of rivers and about 60 lakes here. In June you can see the white nights, and in July you can already swim.

In addition, amazing nature awaits you in Karelia, reserves and arboretums, the Valaam Monastery, Kizhi on Lake Onega, the Solovetsky Islands, Kem.

With small children, of course, it is hardly worth going here. But older children will certainly appreciate outdoor activities full of adventures. Or you can just settle for a couple of weeks in a wooden house on the shore of one of the forest lakes.

You can get from Moscow to Petrozavodsk in an hour and a half by plane or by car from St. Petersburg (you can rent a car).

Baikal

Summer is the best time for a trip to Lake Baikal, although in summer the water in the lake rarely warms up to +23°C. At the same time, there are good sandy beaches.

Most hotels, museums, restaurants are located on the lake in the village of Listvyanka. From here you can also go on excursions to a shamanic place - Olkhon Island, Mount Shamanka, visit caves with preserved rock paintings or visit the Baikal Zoo and sealarium in the village itself.

Lake Seliger

The picturesque lake, which is also a popular Central Russian resort, is located on the territory of the Novgorod and Tver regions. The best time for a beach holiday is July and August, and the best places - the cleanest beaches and untouched nature with a unique landscape - are located on the lake in the city of Ostashkov.

Many people combine beach holidays with visiting ancient Russian cities (Torzhok, Tver, Kashin).

Astrakhan region

Active recreation on the water, wonderful fishing and interesting excursion programs attract many tourists to the Astrakhan region.

For those who are not indifferent to the beauty of these steppe places, a new tourist route "Steppe Ring" has been developed, which combines the sights of Volgograd, Astrakhan and Rostov.

In one trip, tourists will visit Pavlov's House, the Stalingrad Battle panorama museum in Volgograd, get acquainted with the sights in Rostov-on-Don, visit Saray-Batu and lotus fields in the Astrakhan region.

Where else can you visit with children in July?

According to the Oktogo.ru service (the selection was made by the number of booked hotels for families with children for the summer of 2014), the top 10 included Moscow, St. Petersburg, Anapa, Sochi, Sevastopol, Kazan, Yeysk, Veliky Novgorod, Gelendzhik and Yaroslavl.

They come to Moscow with children on average for 3-4 days, to St. Petersburg - for five days. In these cities, various events and festivals are traditionally held in the summer, which are interesting for both adults and children.

This is the time to visit city parks and various entertainments. For example, in Moscow the best parks for families with children are Sokolniki, Kuzminki and Gorky Park. And not so long ago, a boulder park appeared in the Tsaritsyno park - this is the first special area for rock climbing in the capital, where you can relax with the whole family.

Also, residents of Moscow and the Moscow region in the hot summer time like to spend time on the Klyazma reservoir.

For those who love to have fun, the Stars of the White Nights music festival is taking place in St. Petersburg, which will end on July 31st. And on July 19, 2014 the Festival of Colors opens.

For tourists who go on water excursions to get to know the city, new rules have been introduced (so far only on the route from Admiralteyskaya Embankment to Universitetskaya): now you can get off the excursion ship at any stop along the route, see the sights and continue the excursion again on another ship. The cost of a day ticket is 500 rubles, for beneficiaries it is half the price.

Also, on some routes for tourists, inexpensive travel on aquabuses and tourist Meteors from Palace Embankment to Peterhof has resumed.

Kazan

This city continues to amaze its little guests. In terms of the quantity and quality of children's entertainment, Tatarstan can compete with many.

Attraction Pikabolo Mirror Labyrinth, Sky Park, amusement park "Kyrlay", interactive scientific children's center "House of entertaining science and technology", Children's Railway - and this is not a complete list of entertainment for children in Kazan.

And finally, travel news that may be useful.

The summer season is open at the Arkhyz resort

In the summer with children in the mountains, you can also have a good rest. The resort in Karachay-Cherkessia (220 kilometers from Mineralnye Vody) offers its young guests an interesting program: accommodation in a tent or children's town, bus tours to local attractions, climbing the mountains by cable car, jeep trips, hiking and cycling.

About holidays in Abkhazia

Experts argue that short-term political unrest in Abkhazia did not really affect the number of people who want to relax in this country. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms that the situation is currently stable and absolutely calm.

Festival in the reserve "Divnogorie"

On July 5, the Divnogorye Museum-Reserve (Liskinsky District, Voronezh Region) will host the traditional open-air festival for the eighth time with an interesting and rich cultural and entertainment program.

And the last

Due to adverse weather conditions, the authorities of the Krasnodar Territory do not recommend tourists to visit the foothills and mountainous regions of the Kuban until the end of June and early July.

The middle of summer is traditionally considered the beach season, so the review mainly presents popular resort places, in addition, in July you can make an excellent trip to countries that do not please you with warmth in other months. For example, to Scandinavia or Karelia.

Portugal

Those who cannot stand the sweltering heat and prefer Europe should go to. It is in July that the beach season begins here. Even in the middle of summer, the weather here cannot be called hot. Usually the temperature in July does not rise above +27°C, and the refreshing waves of the Atlantic Ocean give real freshness. The water temperature in the summer months is +19‒20°C.

You can go to Portugal not only for a beach holiday. The country is known for high-level hotels, excellent conditions for surfing and other water sports, cozy towns with orange roofs and port wine.

Bulgaria

The Black Sea coast of the country is conducive to sunny rest, the average air temperature in July is +28‒30°С, water is +25°С, there are practically no rains and cloudy days at this time. Quite low prices and knowledge of the Russian language by locals attract more and more tourists here. The two most popular resorts are those that young people have chosen, and Sunny Beach, more suitable for families.

If you hurry, you can catch the Julaya holiday, which takes place on the night of June 31 to July 1. On this day, young people from all over the world, wanting to purify themselves spiritually, meet the sunrise on the coast.

Turkey

One of the most popular resorts, in the middle of summer the air temperature here warms up to +33‒35°С, and the water is almost steamy +26‒27°С. Those who like water sports can spend at least the whole day in the water: banana rides, water skiing, parasailing and boat trips. Here you can always relax on a budget, you can fly here on hot tours, and many hotels offer an all inclusive system.

July is the peak season in Turkey, so prices go up this month and the beaches are dotted with tourists. Despite the mild climate, the weather at this time will seem hot to some.

Montenegro

July is a great time to visit. You can get great pleasure from a beach holiday, despite the hot weather (+30‒35°С), the water temperature here is always comfortable, approximately +24‒25°С. The sea is so clear that you can see the bottom a couple of meters deep. In July, Statehood Day is cheerfully celebrated here, fairs and festivals are held throughout the country, and museums on this day can be accessed absolutely free of charge.

Prices for holidays in Montenegro are quite democratic, therefore hotels do not always represent a high level of service, many of them do not even have their own beach.

Finland

July is the warmest month in Finland, the weather at this time is sunny and warm, averaging +24‒26°C. You can get great pleasure walking along the streets, seeing the local attractions. In the south of the country, the beach season opens in July, the Gulf of Finland and forest lakes are always at the service of travelers. True, the water temperature is quite low, on average +15‒19°С. In addition to attractions, you can visit rock‒, folk‒, jazz‒ and pop‒ festivals that take place in different cities of the country this time of year.

You can drop into Finland for a couple of days by combining a tour with St. Petersburg and Sweden.

Canary Islands (Tenerife, Gran Canaria)

Midsummer is a great time to visit the Canary Islands. In July, the weather here is hot and sunny, about +30°C, the water warms up to +26°C. The islands are famous for their excellent beaches with turquoise waters, excellent surfing and other water activities. The main attractions are the active volcano Teide, the dunes of Maspalomas, the Cocodrilo Park crocodile park and the Auditorio de Tenerife opera.

The islands are distinguished by a variety of entertainment and landscapes - from boat trips through the archipelago to bullfighting, from deserts to mountain peaks.

Belarus

July is also a truly summer month in, the thermometers rise to + 30 ° C during the day, and the water warms up to + 25 ° C. You can sunbathe and swim here in numerous lakes in the Vitebsk, Minsk and Grodno regions. After wandering around the sights of Minsk, you can go out of town to various estates and rest houses or get medical treatment in sanatoriums.

It is worth visiting Belarus in July at least for the sake of the Slavianski Bazaar festival. For a whole week it takes place on the stage of the summer amphitheater in Vitebsk.

Greenland

For those who have long dreamed of enjoying the sights of this northern country, July is the best time for this. The summer is sunny and famous for its white nights, which last from May to July. You won't have to adapt to severe frosts, in the middle of summer the temperature here is quite comfortable, from +5 to +15°С.

Karelia

July is the best time to visit. The weather in the middle of summer is hot for this area (+10‒15°C), you can swim in the lake or go to the forest for strawberries. Petrozavodsk is a beautiful city with a lot of sights, but to fully enjoy the charm of this small country, it is better to live outside the city in a cottage or boarding house. In July, all island attractions are open to the public: Kizhi, Valaam and Solovki.

Every summer fans of water sports come to Karelia, July is the best time for rafting on mountain rivers or riding a catamaran, kayak and kayak. And on the night of July 6-7, you can jump over the fire at the Ivan Kupala festival.

Corfu (Greece)

July is the sunniest month on. At this time, it is hot on the island, on average +30‒32°C, but there are almost no rainy days. For a comfortable stay, it is best to rent a car, then you can not only see all the local sights, but also relax on the wild beaches. Arriving in Corfu in July, you can get to the folk dance festival in the town of Lefkimi, which takes place on July 8, or enjoy Greek folk costumes during the Saint Marina festival on July 17 in Benitsa.

In the evening, you should visit the main town of Corfu, where classical music concerts are held daily on the old square.

Where not to go in July

  • July is the worst option for relaxing in, the air temperature at this time can reach + 45 ° С. It is not for nothing that rich Arabs at this time hide in their air-conditioned houses or leave for cooler countries.
  • The same problem is in July, it is so hot here that you begin to quietly hate the pyramids and everything Egyptian.
  • In the summer, the rainy season begins, the downpours can last so long that roads and houses are flooded.
  • In July, there is strong humidity, in addition, mosquitoes fill the air, which can ruin the whole vacation. Therefore, if you plan a July vacation on the island (better not), then you should get a remedy for annoying insects.
  • As with most tropical resorts, summer is not considered low season. All because of the rainy season, which lasts from April to December.
