In accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, I agree to provide information related to my personality: my last name, first name, patronymic, residential address, position, contact phone number, email address. Or, if I am a legal representative of a legal entity, I agree to provide information related to the details of the legal entity: name, legal address, types of activities, name and full name of the executive body. In the case of providing personal data of third parties, I confirm that I have received the consent of third parties, in whose interests I act, to process their personal data, including: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or changing), use , distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the implementation of any other actions with personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Instead of the ordered minibus from 5 to 8 seats, the Dolphin tour operator reserves the right to submit several cars for transfer.

Conditions for the provision of individual transfers
1. The travel agent must, at least 5 working days before the date of transfer in the personal account in the Notes to the application, provide the Tour Operator
1.1 data on the arrival of customers (flight number, time of arrival at the destination or train number and wagon number, time of arrival at the destination);
1.2 mobile phones of tourists.
2. The transfer is carried out both on one car/minibus/bus, and on two cars/minibuses/buses with a transfer at the border.
3. If the tourists, without waiting for the appointed time for the departure of the transport, decided to get to the accommodation facility on their own, the refund of the paid money is not carried out.
4. If the client is not informed about the delay or non-arrival for any reason at the meeting point, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.
5. If the tourists have the wrong mobile phone in the order or the subscriber's phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find the tourists at the airport or railway station, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.
6. The agent is obliged to provide tourists with contact numbers of our representative offices and inform tourists about the rules for organizing transfers.
7. Disembarkation with luggage to present documents at the border is obligatory.
8. The time for the provision of a return individual transfer is assigned in accordance with the itinerary drawn up on the eve of departure. The wishes of tourists at the time of departure can be considered, if possible, if they were announced no later than 48 hours before the departure time of the plane or train
Group transfer: important information, contact details.
Important information
The waiting time for the group to collect at the railway station or at the airport for the provision of a GROUP transfer is from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours.
To provide return transfer services, a minibus / bus is served 4–6 hours (depending on the border traffic and the distance of the accommodation facility) before the train or plane departure time.

Information on the time of filing a minibus / bus for the provision of return transfer services is reported by the dispatcher of the transport company on the eve of departure to the contact numbers of tourists indicated when booking.
