Lack of hot water in the shower even after contacting the reception, lack of soundproofing with the toilet and shower. A meager breakfast of the same type, the same thing every day, there was no desire to get into the dirty pool, the hotel itself is already quite old, it’s beautiful at night - during the day you can see all the scuffs and unkemptness. The front door to the room is like the entrance to a cave, old, dirty, creaks and rattles. Lack of parking even for the residents' bikes, although the space allows, the security just won't let them in.

The interior of the room is normal, quite quiet even though it is on the first line, the view of the courtyard is also good if you look at it in the evening. The hotel needs updating to match the price.

Dirty. There has been no renovation for a long time, everything is dilapidated, shabby and in places destroyed. The air conditioner runs above the front door. The room has an unpleasant smell of musty dampness. There are a lot of mosquitoes, apparently no one is treating the area for insects. At night the hotel itself is noisy, no one is monitoring it. Employee involvement in the process is minimal. By and large, I don’t care, I rented a room with my wife for a day, but if you ended up in such a place for 12-14 days on a voucher from a tour operator, you can feel sad.

The hotel has only one advantage - its location. In fact, it’s a minute’s walk to Patong Beach. And in principle, everything else you need in Patong is also nearby.

If the room overlooks the garden, your window will face the wall. 😂 The beds are hard, the pillows are stone. Everything is old: furniture, bed linen, plumbing. The tiles in the shower were all cracked. Breakfast is quite modest for 4 stars. There are always shortages of forks, as well as beach towels. The staff is gloomy, just like the faces of our compatriots living in this hotel.

One plus is the beach across the road. But why are there still no showers on the beaches? The resort is expensive, no amenities.

When we booked the property, they rented for 7 thousand more, the hotel offered to replace the room with a better one, with access to the pool, but I think they overpaid only for the exit, because the furniture was worn out, the rooms require renovation, but you get used to it quickly and don’t pay attention anymore, especially since we only slept there. The staff is smiling, they asked for a lunch box, they organized it, but all the food was sweet)))) the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the sea, Bangla Road, markets, etc... They cleaned it every day, bath towels were also changed every day, this is a plus.

3 stars for the hotel itself + a fat star for the location (Patong Beach across the road). Bed linen has holes.

Very nice staff. We were given a room much higher in comfort than we had booked. At first it seemed like the bed was very hard, but everyone slept just fine! The pool is small but sufficient for swimming. Lots of greenery on the territory. The security guard is the star of the hotel:-) With his help we always quickly got to the other side of the road. Close to a small market, several grocery stores, massages, ATMs, money exchange, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, night entertainment, taxis.

1. The hotel is not 4 stars, maximum 2. 2. The breakfast is disgusting. I have experience traveling to Thailand using different accommodation options and this is the worst breakfast in 6 trips. 3. The rooms are destroyed, yes they are old, but they could be maintained in good condition. It’s easy to wash curtains that have fungus on them. 4. There were 2 towels for 3 people, the floors were never washed, and the bed sheets were changed once in 2 weeks. 5. There are cockroaches on the balcony, yes, they are everywhere in Asia, but pest control must be carried out. To summarize, the stated price tag for this hotel is too high. Give 2 stars, ask for 30 tr. in 2 weeks and then there are no questions. People will not indulge themselves in vain expectations of a four-star hotel.

The staff seems tired of "package" tourists. The rooms are tired of time (especially the bathrooms with the “grandmother’s cloudy mirror”). In the middle of the night, hotel guests can make noise and yell, clearly not in a sober state. There is no one to calm down. We asked twice for the room to be cleaned. At the reception they only pretend to listen to you - in fact, everything is only worse. At times the water was turned off. Doesn't smell like four stars. In general, I don’t have the best memories of the time spent in this hotel.

In room 3009 at night (precisely at night) the toilet sometimes smelled like sewage. The door to the toilet is not solid, but like a blind, so it was not possible to block the stench from entering the room.

The view from the third floor window is amazing. The windows faced the patio, so there was a view of the pool and trees. Mountains were visible in the distance. Next to the hotel there is a bar with karaoke, but the music and songs were barely audible, good soundproofing, quiet. Breakfast is European, with fruit. The air conditioner hangs correctly - not above the bed. Beach across the street! Very close.

There is a small drawback - for some reason, throughout the first week, cleaning arrived at our room exactly at the time when we were returning from our first trip to the beach. We usually left at 7:30, after 11 it was already very hot, we returned to the room and here on you - knock-knock, who's there? Once we went to the pool, took water and paper a couple of times and refused to clean (we are not a bar, we couldn’t even take out the trash ourselves), but at the end of the vacation the situation improved and we returned from the beach to a clean room. Yes, another big fly in the ointment is beach towels. They are few. The issuance time is from 13-05. At 13-05 they are not yet there, at 13-30 they are no longer there, today they are not there for technical reasons, and today we started issuing them from 10-00....... In short , we only received beach towels once.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff (we practically didn’t communicate with the Russian-speaking Svetlana, smiles, hands and very modest English still allowed us to solve all the problems with our Thai friends), amazing sea (however, I’ll throw a fly in the ointment - after the night sailing of the flower wreaths On November 22, it became VERY dirty, but we only had 2 days left, we survived it), very tasty shrimp at the nearest intersection, fruits... You can’t list it all. The vacation was a great success, both my daughter and I were very pleased and left with great regret.

I didn't like the approaches to the hotel. The paving stones have fallen into disrepair. After the rain, the wrong choice for a stupa will spoil the mood with Thai mud.
